One thing worth mentioning is that despite the great location, the area becomes sketchy after sunset. We had an unpleasant man following us from the train station to the hotel. Fortunately, we joined a larger group of women, and he left us alone. Just a heads up: be mindful and aware of your surroundings, as there are many sketchy people around the station at night.

My boyfriend and I LOVED absolutely everything about this property. The decor, the bathroom, the lobby and cocktail lounge, THE AIR CONDITIONING, everything was excellent!! There is nothing I disliked, however I did find that the street was a little noisy at night sometimes. But definitely did not hinder my sleep or night at all.

Not much. The room was clean, but bed uncomfortable- terrible pillows- Location was horrible. Drug deals happening in front of main door, which was not locked and there was no doorman. Street was sketchy, lots of homeless and drug addicts, closed storefronts, trash. I wasted money on a cathedral view- it was a view of train tracks and Meth graffiti. I felt unsafe and left after one night and hotel refused to refund me for the second night. Terrible customer service or concern for guests welfare.

I liked the overall clean apartments and comfortable beds as well as spacious bathroom. It's nice when all fixtures are working well. The hotel was very silent and I had no disturbance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Unclear layout of the light switches left me looking for the main switch for a few minutes. Air conditioning did not really work. It blew some air but it didn't get the room below 22°C, despite telling the staff about it, it didn't help. I think in summer I would prefer not to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Many choices! The staff was friendly and helpful when travel assistance was needed. Easy walking distance from the train station. Near many restaurants. Could use another luggage rack for 2 people. Space was tight on 1 side of the bed.

Great location and cleanliness

Central location, modern building, comfortable beds and very secure (paid) parking. The central location by the station may not appeal to everyone late at night.The breakfast was good but the flow of people to and from the buffet can be chaotic at times, especially when busy.

Great little hotel that is super close to the main station. Small rooms but well equipped, good beds and for the money the value is exceptional. Breakfast is good as well Nothing at this price point.

Room is very small, no fridge, no tea or coffee making facilities in room. No water available in room. No room service, no phone in room to call reception. AC doesn't work well, plastic mattress protector makes the bed very warm and noisy. 'grab and go' water that is on offer is only available in glasses so you can 'go' anywhere. For a four star it misses the mark hugely.

Location. Near train station and on a street with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The air conditioning in the room. Difficult to adjust and wasn’t cool enough for me.
