The location is great. The staff is very pleasant. All the basics are sufficiently covered if you are looking for a place to sleep for one or two days. It is not the kind of place to stay if you are looking for something fancy or a boutique hotel. Nor is it advisable if you need to work during your stay. Wifi is not the best and it lacks a good place to work in the room.

Breakfast was amazing and abundant. Location is probably the best you can get, right across main plaza in the heart of Colonia. Staff was accomodating, super nice and cordial every time. While is is recognized the building is very old, the bathroom at our room could use some improvements. Mainly to contain water withing shower stall and improve the flushing system of the toilet.

The location is amazing - right in the heart of the historic district - walking distance to everything. Checkin was easy and the staff was very helpful. They even helped us get a second room with short notice. The room had spiderwebs and was just generally not clean. The bathroom was not clean - the shower had grime and dirt inside. There was a sign on the bathroom door to put toilet paper in the wastebasket; yet the wastebasket foot pedal was broken and had to be opened by hand. Unsanitary.

The location is unbeatable. There was some problems with the light but nothing important. Good breakfast Mariela is the best in la Mision. Without her nothing is possible. Don't have Netflix or any other like amazon prime. Breakfast with more fruits and eggs

Central and characterful hotel in the heart of Colonia del Sacramento. Staff were particularly friendly and breakfast was nice. Nothing major. The room was smaller, but fine. There was a pump noise which I kept hearing.
