The hotel was charming and in an excellent location. The breakfast was really good. The room was noisy, it was close to the staff room and kitchen. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, I could feel two mattresses put together to form one bed, and the pillows were hard. We rented two bikes and they were in poor quality.

Charco is in an ideal location in old town, with a fabulous small dining area overlooking the water. The facilities are modern and clean, The staff is very helpful and always friendly. Just a really comfortable, quite palce to enjoy the town. Nothing to add.

Great location, beautiful, historic property, comfortable beds. Great breakfast! My historic room while beautiful and sunny was noisy. (Room number 1). There was a door outside the room on the street side which the restaurant staff used. It was very squeaky. I would recommend room 2 which is similar but less noisy.

Excellent location, superb restaurant and historic house. The amenities were great, good showers and heater. Staff was amicable and cleanliness was spot on It can be noisy early in the morning as it's in the middle of the touristic area and the first tourists get around early in the day so if you want to sleep in it might be difficult. Still would recommend this hotel with that caveat.

Small groovy little boutique style property. Room was good and bed very comfortable.. restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Small pool but nice. I wouldn’t stay in Colonia.. could pop in for half a day and travel on. That’s not the hotels fault!! The hotel works well and is great, perfect in fact .. we just wouldn’t stay in Colonia. Menu needs different options for lunch dinner .

Very clean and close to everything we wanted to see in Colonia. The room was quiet even though it was over a kitchen. The staff were excellent. Would recommend to anyone.

It was more expensive than we usually pay but worth it after 2 weeks of less expensive accommodation
