Quite all There is NO PARKING for car

They allow me to check in early, something like 2 hours early. Everything was great.

Due to the location of the hotel and the pool that looks like it is inside a river, the pool at Colonia is the best! . I won't stay anywhere else .. My attention to detail is the reason for this. There needs to be a little more maintenance...like with the awnings on the balconies. It's the best view ever.. It's walking distance to the port and the old city...I could buy something on Av Flores at 9pm...it's unmatched. the maintenance.. . like I said above the awnings on the balconies there are .missing liitle tiles on the pool...and I would change the coffee machine for an electric kettle that has more capacity and you dont need to let it cool down to make another cup. but I could manage.. nevertheless I wouldnt go to any other hotel

Hotel is in a great location by the river in a quiet street. Rooms are big, outdoor pool was excellent and the area around it very well mantained. Breakfast is very good, unfortunately depending on the days it was better than others. Breakfast is included even though not correctly advertised in Booking. Room windows faced the street and door to the main hallway so it wasn't quiet enough

Good location. Bad service from hotel staff. On Dec 13 when we arrived, the front desk staff (Michelle ?) told us the breakfast is free, but, we were charged later. Same evening, we asked for help on booking (we cannot read spanish) the ferry tickets, the lady staff told us that they don't have this service. Is this a 5-star hotel ? Terrible. Avoid this hotel.

Location of the hotel on the river. Big room with great view on the river - but this was an upgrade from the original room assigned to me on the second floor in a corner which I did not like ...... Its a bit "tired" for the price. Needs painting and mould in shower. Elevator out of service on the day I arrived. Happily I can walk up three flights - but not with heavy suitcase! The desk folks were very helpful.

Radisson is a nice hotel in general. Located at a walking distance from the Historic Old Town. Only street parking available and that too depending on your luck. There are plenty of birds in the summer and the car is covered in bird poop in no time, extremely difficult to clean. For the high price we pay, ideally covered indoor parking has to be provided. The reception staff are so useless - I wanted pay in advance and the guy was totally clueless on how to handle it. He had to make multiple phone calls, inquire in the restaurant multiple times although they confirmed him that I paid the food bill directly through the card. Also, being a legal resident I was charged 10% extra VAT and guy was again not much aware of how it works.
