This property is disgusting! From the elevator to the hallway to the room, all nasty! It smells. We were not given a key card. Apparently it was lost so we had to wait on them to open our door for us. There was not even a screen in my 3rd floor window, very dangerous! The curtains felt sticky and smelled. The furniture is in terrible condition. Everything was stained. The bathroom had not been fully cleaned as the toilet paper holder was dust and rust covered. The bathroom door was busted. It was a horrible place to stay. The pool had the winter covered caved in on it in June, the hot tub drained and green. It was all around the worst Ive ever stayed in

I paid through Expedia for a two night stay. I arrived at the hotel to check in and was refused by the owner. he said he had told me not to come back the last time I was there. i believe he was confused with who I was but he insisted and wouldn't say anything more accept for me to leave his property or he would call the police. I asked for my money $170 to be refunded and they refused. He (the owner) strait up took that money and kept it. I had stayed many times before it was always one of my top choices. I'm on a fixed income so $170 is a big chunk. plus I had to pay for another motel on quick notice because he denied me. I'm very very disappointed in how this was handled. Straight up thievery is what this was.

Elevator didn't work upon arrival and was given a 3rd floor room. Linens were dirty and stained. Lamp shades had mold on them. Breakfast after the weekend rush was limited to biscuits & gravy. No coffee in the room. Several outlets not functioning. Cable box hanging on wall via the actual cable line. Wifi basically non existent. TV was in/out. Rarely had anyone at the front desk. Asked for clean linens and was told they didn't have access at the front desk. Had to wait until the next morning and ask housekeeping. Overall cleanliness was very poor. Another guest mentioned having bugs and spiders in their room. The only positives were that the AC and refrigerator worked. Due to a family emergency we had to extend our stay, but switched to a different hotel.

Do not stay at this place. We did not even stay and they still kept all of my money. Walked in the front door of our room and saw three bugs scurrying across the floor. We backed out of room and left. Told the front desk clerk that I wanted a full refund that the room had bugs and it dis not even phase him about the bugs!! Did not refund me my money and also charged me for something extra!!! For what I am not sure, maybe a deposit but I am pissed to say the least!!! DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like to share your room with bugs!!!!

I would recomend not promoting this "hotel" on booking.com, especially if its a family. In the 6 nights we stayed there not once did they replace our bed sheets or towels, we had to leave our garbage by the door for someone to pick it up. The toilet was getting clogged constantly. The smell of the room man was that bad. The breakfast wasnt always there. If I could rate this place a negative 10 I would.

Just overall a horrible experience for my employee.

So many things wrong with the room, I made a list because I did not want to be charged for any of them. Breakfast was suppose to be until 930. I ate at 830 and almost everything was gone. There was one staff that tried to make things right but her English was hard to understand. At least there was no smell of curry. See above

So many terrible smells. I walk into my room & turned around. They would not give me a refund. There was no way I could stay in that room.

Did not stay there and attempting to get a refund. Sorry for the poor review but the property definitely needs some attention.

Our room was very run down. Paint peeling, refrigerator rattled and made noise all night, no fan in the bathroom. Website showed a nice pool and hot tub, it hasn't been in use for years. We were very disappointed! This property should be avoided!

Slept in a hot ass room the first night cause ac wasn’t working and there was also German cockroaches in there and so we got offered a new room
-
Will never stay there.
-
The manager was rude and aggressive when I made a complaint about bugs in the room and the lack of cleanliness in the hotel
-
It is close to Air Force college and as well not to far from my favorite spot the garden of the gods which is peaceful and relaxing
-
The rooms were spacious It's an old facility with need for many upgrades - bathrooms, elevator, network

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful; the men on weekday duty and one woman on overnight front desk duty were kind and helpful. The lobby was nice. However, positives ended once we got in the elevator to our room. The elevator floor was in need of repair (flooring was duct-taped down). While our room on the top floor seemed pest-free and towels and bedding appeared clean, the room was otherwise in poor repair and didn't have much other than soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. One bed was broken and separating from the headboard. Other furnishings needed replacing/cleaning. Walls, carpeting, and curtains were damaged or badly worn. Wi-Fi service (which we needed) either didn't work or was spotty at best. We were glad the room's AC worked; it was a very warm weekend when we stayed there. The property's pool was closed for repair and there was only one small ice machine on the 1st floor (a big inconvenience). Daily breakfast service was acceptable, but food selections were very limited; you need to bring your own if you have dietary issues. The most annoying thing was that while we paid for our entire stay the first night, we had to keep getting our keys reprogrammed to access our room every day (we stayed for 3 nights). If you need a super-cheap hotel to stay at in this area, it's okay, but go someplace else if you want more.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, however this hotel is infested with roaches like I've never seen. They were coming out of the walls.
