Great stay! Clean room! Awesome staff!!

The owner was amazing, super personable. He was super helpful with my booking process and made sure he gave me the best deal for the night. Any time I needed anything the housekeepers or desk agent made the extra effort to help. Great place to stay on a tight budget-you even get a quality breakfast!

Exceptional

We had booked a room with a sleeper couch and when we arrived there was a desk where the couch should have been. We asked the front desk staff and was told they had just taken them out of a bunch of rooms. We asked for a rollaway and were told they didn't have any. Also most of the staff were foreigners and didn't speak very good English . It was very frustrating. Will not be staying here again .

Smells bad,the entire property smells like curry, hiphop playing loudly in the lobby, terrible breakfast,I do not recommend. Pool is filled either dirty water and trash, windows open without screens,if you’ve got a small child I’d be cautious. Can go on and on,will not stay here again.

It took me about an hour to check out and they still charged me for the night I was unable to stay in the room. Additionally, I attempted to have my legal team reach out to them and he refused to speak with me or my legal team and proceeded to walk out of the hotel lobby, get into his white tesla and drive off without taking the time to even ask about handling the situation. I WILL NEVER stay here nor will I recommend anyone to stay here.

Rooms need updated tv don’t work very well. No ice machine on 3rd floor only working one on 2nd floor. Pool was not open closed for maintenance found out it has been closed for months. Residents who live there make the whole hotel smell like curry and bad food from 2nd and 3rd floor. Pillows on the bed were small and flat. Just needs a face lift and updates. Don’t think I’m gonna be staying here again

Very old, but very very affordable

Honestly great place wish they would have warned us about the keycards needing to be reprogrammed everyday

My family showed up @ midnight after a 13 hr drive and the room was not stay ready. We had to wait over 2 hours to get bedding for the sleep sofa and clean blankets for another bed. The front desk person trying his best to accommodate us. First set of bedding had cigarette burns and stains on comforter. The second set of blankets he gave us were dirty with stains. He had to go to another room to get a clean set of bedding because they ran out of comforters. Also had to get more towels for my family of 5. Again it was not stay ready. Didn’t get to bed til about 2:30am in the morning. Room was very warm and musty smell, AC was not on.

The pool was closed (did not know at booking due to booking thru third party), there was no bathroom fan, no wifi and the paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom.

Pain in the ass
-
Carpet was pulling away from the walls and there was a bottle cap under one corner of the night stand to level it, cracks in walls, etc. We reserved this room a few weeks ago and right before we got there we were told our suite we booked was now not available. While they made the price right and we were able to make it work, the guest behind me said they just called and said the same thing to her. One of the 2 rooms we had did have a coffee pot while the other didn't as well.

The toilet seat wobbled

The staff were helpful. I'm surprised this building isn't condemned. I splurged for the $2 upgrade to see mountain views, those pristine peaks were complimented with a hot tub and pool turned cess pools. If I didn't know better, such contrast and juxtaposition could be considered some sort of art

They are under construction but everything is going fine

But the bed area so we had to purchase a long power cord for my husband oxygen machine. They said they had coffee machine in the room and they did but NO POT OR COFFEE! You had to go to the lobby for coffee. We came up here for our church conference with very little funds to spare and after buying things needed to be safe in the room we ended up with no food money that totally sucked I was glad they had free. Breakfast for our boys and us or we would have starved. My boys were so sad because they planned on swimming during the times we were not at church and we were all sick in this room! I did tell the staff a couple of times and finally gave up. In general the staff was nice. No help

Nothing the room was not what I booked and the staff lied to me when I checked in stating there was stuff in my room that was not, I have not herd anything on my refund that they told me they would give me and have not Be more customer services tey to fix the problem instead of just not caring
