the property was clean. Okay fitness center. Standard continental breakfast. The bed was awful, as were the pillows. And they gave us a suite at the end of the hallway right next to the exit, so we could hear every entry and exit from the building and the fan in the bathroom never shut off. I have no idea what it was for, there was no switch that we could turn on or off. It just ran the entire time, loudly. We had to adjust the AC to constantly run to cover the sound of the bathroom fan running. We tried to move hotels, but neither the hotel or HOTELS.com would let us move. We also complained about the room and the hotel did nothing about it, just said, oh sorry.
