You need to set up better directions. I was lost for two hours! Even after speaking with Ron the desk agent it was a nightmare. I would like some sort of compensation please. That seems more than fair and reasonable. Beat up sink, not wiped down very well, ie; bathroom counter and other counters. Comfy bed. Cute rug, bedding, good curtains. Nice to be able to open the window for fresh air. Staff really nice. Location is great! Cute lobby and good offerings at front desk, ie;car air fresheners, candy, coffee, and literature. Free parking , free wifi. Good water pressure. Washcloths on rack at sink seemed to be cleaning rags. Fridge, lighting, safe for valuables good. Quiet inside and out. Cleaning crew great. TV good. Easy access to everything. You can walk to many places. Cracker Barrel, car wash right there, as well as a gas station, McDonald’s and more. Short drive to Garden of the Gods . I’d stay there again. Great location and pricing.

Nice smaller hotel and close to the highway. Safe and secure in the parking lot. But definitely in an Iranian area where people could mill around day and night.

The property is smaller and furnishings are dated, however the owner was running the lobby. He was very friendly and helpful, and the place was very very clean. I would stay again. For the price, it was well worth it.

I had a large comfortable room, linens were fine, water pressure fine, air conditioning worked. Secure. Convenient location. Price was right. Breakfast buffet offered. I ate next door at Cracker Barrel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The outdoor lighting was great. The tvs need updating though.

The location was convenient to the interstate so getting around was easy. I stopped by at noon to check in and secure my requested room on the top floor with a king size bed and the male attendant said it was too early to check in, but he would secure a room on the top floor as requested. When I arrived to check in there were no rooms available on the top floor and the room I received on a lower floor had a cigarette hole in the sheets and the sink did not drain.
