Best Western Executive Inn & Suites

It was convenient to enter and exit the freeway. The pool hours helped us use it later at night.

It was good clean place.

Room was clean, better than expected. Breakfast was worth the visit.

This property is simply old and in need of major renovations. My room smelled so bad of moisture and mildew that it should not even be rented to people. It’s like there is a current water leak under the cement floor that keeps things wet and moldy. It needs to be repaired!

I would have given it a 5 star except there was no place for a dog to go potty. Otherwise the place was very good. Breakfast was good and the homemade salsa spectacular!

the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was good. it was clean. no elevator. sink stopped up.

Very nice hotel in convenient location. Only downside is no elevator and we had a second floor room with big bags.

There is a hole in the tub where the spout is and water barely drains.

Didn’t check during the booking process but this hotel does not have an elevator, and I have a very bad knee. Room was fine, bed was comfortable, but even though I like bacon, getting overwhelmed with the smell of bacon grease at 6:00 am was unpleasant.

Breakfast was great. We were looking forward to the hot tub but it wasn’t very hot and the jets didn’t work. We still used it though.

Great location and great price Breakfast was not good. Bathrooms needed to be more clean. Cleaned them better ourselves.

A weekend trip with our friends and we were

When we arrived at the hotel, there was a sign on the door that there was not an elevator. When I asked to be placed on the 1st floor due to my illness they said they had no room available and that I had booked with Expedia, therefore I was placed on the second floor. My oxygen levels were very low and we had to leave our suit cases in the car and walk up to the room with our clothes for the next day and toiletries. I was very upset, and when I expressed my concern that why I was not informed that they did not have an elevator, the staff stated if should be on their website in fine print. I looked at Expedia's website and there is not any notification regarding "No Elevators". If I was not so exhausted and low on oxygen I would have found a different hotel.
