Great location close to airport n popular restaurants… Cost was economical..

Walk in shower was nice. Breakfast bar and the staff was helpful and great.

Had no elevator and we didn’t notice that when we booked it even though it was on their site. Also, the bed was lumpy and the bathroom was too small…I had to stand, stooped over, between the sink and toilet in order to close the bathroom door. Also, the door had swollen and was very hard to shut. The hotel kept all but the front door locked after 8:00pm and the lighting from the parking lot to the front door was very dim and had dark places that we had to pass by in order to get to the front door.

Poor indoor air quality (Starting at 800ppm CO2 when entering the room and quickly reaching >1200ppm).

Listing had identical room listed as pet friendly. I assumed the price included the pet so chose it and was charged afditional pet fee anyway. Room was not clean. Dead bugs on walls and ceilings. Shower drained slow.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good too.

Fantastic value, clean, spacious rooms, quiet and tucked back, super convenient location, good breakfast options, indoor pool, great AC. Definitely staying here again!

Room keys constantly not working had to walk to the office multiple times which caused irritation between myself the the office worker late at night. Outside grounds were not clean had to walk through trash exiting my car.

I am disabled and have a hard time going up and down stairs. My biggest complaint with hotels.com after a careful review they do mention there is no elevator, that bit of information should be much more prominent. it is buried deep enough in the description it is easy to miss, a couple of other guests I spoke to had the same issue i did in not catching the issue. I did not think much of the front desk staff. they were slow in dealing with problems, often not even at the front desk, and ringing the bell only brought them back to the desk after several to five min. When we went to the pool, there were no towels at the pool, even though the sign in the room said not to take room towels to the pool, that towels would be provided at the pool. With all that said, the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable once you get to them. the free breakfast was good with a decent variety. the people providing the breakfast were nice, helpful and friendly.

Clean hotel and room. Tucked away from the busy street. Comfy beds. We added another day here because it was so nice. Will definitely stay here again.

Hello, the hot tub didn’t work. It was one of the reasons I stayed at that property. I wish they would let you know ahead of time so you could find someplace else.

Property was clean. Breakfast not that good. Room was nice and clean. I would stay their again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good.
