DoubleTree by Hilton Colorado Springs

Upon checking in the desk clerk was most helpful. As our arrival was delayed by weather, she researched restaurants in the area that were open late so we could have dinner before retiring. This was extremely helpful as the hotel's restaurant was about to close. We might have been able to order in time, but the bartender ignored our presence until it was too late.

Real nice

It took a long time to check in. The room was ok. A little overpriced for what it was.

Very gorgeous/clean hotel and the beds were comfortable.

The restaurant and bar were fantastic. The spinach dip was unbelievably good. The whole hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The pool was excellent. The water was clean warm and the windows allowed a lot of natural light into the area. However, the windows could be cleaned and there were no towels the second day we went to the pool.

Liked the cookies but did not like the beds. One bed was made but had wrinkled sheets like someone had slept in. The other bed was made but there were stains on the sheets. The room was loud.

Great selection of breakfast bar for a dmall price!

I am a HiltonHonors member but did not receive water upon arrival nor any of the other perks. This hotel? NEVER AGAIN!

Staff lunch/dinner Bar

Booked en route to our final destination for a quick one night stay. Facility is very conveniently located and definitely nicer than I expected. Small upgrades in the room made it feel like a much more expensive hotel. Would highly recommend.

Overall our stay was “okay”. 3/4 towels of ours had STAINS on them. It did seem like they’d been washed but very visible stains. Shower curtain had what I would hope was a chocolate stain on it. Iron didn’t work, had to request a new one. Along with the fresh towels … toilet didn’t flush properly. Stains on the curtains on window. And minor stains on the comforter.. I just think overall it grossed us out and don’t know if we’ll be back. Not super clean!

Clean, nice, friendly staff

The staff wasn't overly friendly. There were new charges like parking. Lots a new rules.

The iron we attempted to use to press a shirt was not in good operating condition, and leaked water everywhere. Also, having to pay $10 for parking is a ripoff hidden charge. Should be disclosed at booking so you know the room will cost $10 more, because there is nowhere else to park,

Nice hotel! Staff was helpful.

Pool and hot tub

Alignment for the Television could be better. Impossible to view from the bed. Parking charges are high. Should be added to room stay. Breakfast was good.
