For a family of five with three little ones, the room amenities, the kitchenette, the cleanliness of the room the spacious part of the room was amazing. The staff was really helpful and took care of us. We needed a broom to sweep up and they provided a broom, simple things like that go along the way. Breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel is ideal, especially if you’re gonna go to Cheyenne Mountain zoo.

We travel a lot and we have seen good hotels, average hotels and bad hotels. This was well above good - it was great. From the quick and friendly check in, to the clean and spacious room, to the wonderful breakfast this hotel has it all. Everything worked which, in our experience, is a rare event.

The room was pretty much perfect with the exception of a couple little things. Next to the bed, the USB port for charging did not have any power. That’s OK I brought my own plugs. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows suck. Basically limp bags of stuffing, they need to be firmer. I don’t know who set the air-conditioning prior to me to getting it in there, but when I went into the place initially, it was set to 62°. It was like an ice box. Thankfully thermostatically controlled, both rooms. 68 is more than enough. the coffee maker left a little bit to be desired. Supposed to make one cup or 2 cups at a time, I set it to one cup and it’s still brewed both cups so if you put water in there for one cup, you ended up with 2 half cups.

The gentleman working the desk during our arrival was wonderfully hospitable and delightful!

Superb

This was a good choice. It was quiet and clean. There were multiple food choices for breakfast, including my favorite oatmeal with brown sugar and cranberries. Having an in-room kitchenette made it easy to plan for our lighter meals. There was plenty of accessible parking, too. I would definitely stay here again.

Super clean and quiet

Awesome experience. Very clean and super helpful staff. I asked for their food recommendations and was provided a very organized and helpful list of suggestions!!

This swimming pool was way too hot.

The staff was friendly and assisted me the best they could through the issue of being given the wrong room I booked. It was a little messy. The breakfast area was super dirty and so were the restrooms.

Great location. The lobby has games and plenty of space for socializing.

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff, and VERY clean room. I could easily imagine a longer stay here!

Exceptional

Staff called and texted at midnight and then 1am to confirm if I was coming to the hotel, despite having checked in w them at 3pm the previous day. Then the next day they went ahead and checked another guest into my room. I was walked in on while changing around 9pm. It was a horrible, humiliating nightmare. We checked out the next morning. Hotel only agreed to comp the rooms once I went through the AI bots and escalated the situation. Overall horrible experience.

The property and room were extremely nice. A problem did occur during our stay. During one of our family’s shower, the faucet handle fell off the faucet. We temporarily fixed it and reported it to the front desk when we left. They were very appreciative that we told them about it. Staff at this hotel are very well trained and very accommodating.

The room was terrific - very roomy with full size fridge and excellent amenities. And the room were well insulated from noise.
