Super cool hotel! Will be telling my friends about this location. Pool was beautiful and clean, the main lobby is beautiful with tons of games and activities. This hotel is perfect for families or for a cute colorado girls trip!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property Colorado Springs. The concept of the hotel is just wonderful and we appreciate it the ecological aspect. It’s really fun to paint rocks and put them in the fountain. The pool was pristine The staff very friendly and Kristen at the front desk was exceptional The Breakfast needs a little better curation. Needs a new toaster …. And the coffee is terrible. But hey. So it go.

They don't have ice buckets so bring something for ice. This was the only thing I could say that they may want to fix. The staff was awesome and the it was a nice place to stay.

Pictures look great online. Arrived and it was not what we expected,

The woman who welcomed us when we arrived was friendly and make check in a breeze. The lobby lounge they have set up is nice and the pool was clean with well maintained furniture. The room was clean but you can tell the building itself has some age to it. There was water damage spots on the bathroom ceiling. I love that they had some are up in the room though. I wish the breakfast was more of a breakfast for the price hotels charge now days. Very limited grazing selection for the morning unless you want to buy something from them. I saw a sign saying you could buy black or flavored coffee at the front so not sure if there was free coffee offered. After seeing the selection we just went out for brunch instead. Overall it was a good stay and we had no real issues or concerns.

This property made a very good update to the interior. However, there were no drinking glasses, even plastic ones, and the continental breakfast is minimal and without hot food. The traffic was loud until 10:00pm.

Super clean room & front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Will definitely recommend to anyone going to Colorado Springs.

This property has such a unique vibe. Loved it. We also used the business area and it was great. We will return.

I loved the friendly staff, large rooms and great facilities Aircondition could use an upgrade unfortunately. We would also have appreciated more breakfast options

Quirky, remodeled older motel. Covered the very basics, mission to serve the community was admirable. Served our needs. Spacious rooms.

This is a very unique hotel in a good way. Very clean, very nice and helpful staff. I didn’t feel like I was actually staying at a hotel because it had such a homey down to earth vibe. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there again if I’m ever back in the area.

It’s just perfect! Super clean and cozy.

Really like the relaxed atmosphere and the Swimming pool

The staff were incredibly friendly! They offered a complimentary drink on arrival and told us about the property - the gym, pool, breakfast etc. The insides of the rooms were definitely done on the cheap side. The bathroom door was warped and wouldn’t close, and there was obvious other damages.

Rooms were not very clean, budget option. Pool was great.

It is a very unique hotel and an enjoyable stay. They don’t let guests stay in bunk bed rooms which is my only complaint. I very enjoyable stay!

Hotel was nice overall, smelled a little funny but nothing serious.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The hotel has a great common space that is bright and welcoming with comfortable furniture, games, books and a lounge that serves local brews. The pool was clean and welcoming after a long day adventuring. Bed was comfortable and bedding nice. The facility is still working on improvements to the exterior.
