There is nothing outstanding about this hotel. The hot tub was inoperable when we first arrived. It was fixed a day later. Housekeeping was very slow and spoke no English or very little. Breakfast was mediocre. Bathroom was ADA accessible which was nice. Room overall was very cramped.
-
It was a good location and the breakfast was decent. The room was dirty and for a non smoking room wreaked of smoke. There were stains on the bed frame. The outlets were loose that barely held the plug in the wall. The TV remote did not work. The pool/hot tub was very run down.

Staff was friendly and helpfull. Location was easy on and off Highway, close to fuel, grocery store, and restaurants. Hotel is old and run down, when we told the front desk of issues in our room, they seemed uninterested. Needs a good cleaning from top to bottom. The chair in our room was stained so bad we would not sit in it. Breakfast was so so, very basic and not much to choose from. Staff was polite. Computer was not working and did not have a printer that worked either. We would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Clean room Great staff Ok breakfast
-
Clean room and friendly staff but the room smelled musty and old, the furniture was from the 70's, bed was hard and tv was not working.
-
Fan wasn’t working in bathroom. Had to ask for pool towels and only the treadmill was working in the fitness room. However, breakfast had great options including eggs and sausage and desk help was great! Would stay again.

The spa wasn’t working for some time. Getting close to remodel time

It’s close to the highway. The pillows were dirty and full of previous stains.

The view One room I rented smelled like mildew. The refrigerator was falling out of the space for it. The window did not have a lock on it. Second room I rented on the 4th floor did not have a screen on the window. The AC didn’t work well. The pool and hot tub was closed. The elevator kept breaking. It was a disaster! Only good thing was the staff was nice and the view was beautiful.

The people at the comfort and were OK not super helpful but no complaints. Walked into my room. The carpet itself is old and buckled right down the middle. I also found a rag washcloth. The housekeeper left in my room. Also, location was horrible. This hotel is right off the freeway and I had trouble sleeping because of the traffic. There are many other hotels just across the boulevard that I would prefer to stay at.

Not very good. Paid extra $$$ for "mountain view", all we got was below ground level trees. Manager refused to refund the money. Floors were sooooo gross! Even keeping shoes on in the room, you could still feel the sticky ick! Broken lamp shades and mirror frame, breakfast was pretty lacking, and the pool was a joke!! Their "indoor pool" was the size of a large bath tub. Also, next door to our room was the sprinkler closet. Made this loud annoying sound every few seconds, none stop. My advice, keep looking for another place to stay.

The pool and hot tub were both closed. Big disappointment. Breakfast was unimpressive.
