I arrived at around 7:30pm to find the office closed? There was a phone number to call which I did. I was told that they did not have my reservation? I gave her the conformation number and she t

When I arrived, my room was not available and they made me put down an extra deposit of $50 to get a premium room. They had rented my room out to someone else. They assured me that I would get the deposit back that following Monday, right after I checked out, even though I had already put a $56.00 deposit down when I booked the room in January. I have never received the deposit back even though I was assured it was put back on my card. It never was and they said it would take 40 days from when they said it was returned. over 40 business days have passed and I haven't received my deposit. I am not recommending that anyone stay here because of their poor customer service in this matter. The room floor was sticky with some king of sugary substance, so it was not worth the extra money that I had to pay to get it even though I was assured I didn't have to pay more than I paid at Expedia. I even called Expedia to try and get this situation resolved and nothing happened there either.

Quietness, Wouldn’t let me change sheets and had bad service

This InTown does not have check in past I think 7. I arrived shortly before 7 but the office was already closed and there was no direction to figure out what to do. There was a phone to use but was not answered. Majorly inconvenient for me the kids, one who is disabled. Had no idea there were stairs to get in. This was a devastating booking.

First let’s start off with the horrible pet urine smell so overwhelming it was like inhaling ammonia and my bed was crawling with some sort of bugs! I’m not saying bedbugs but they were just on the bed! Of course the staff was no help. Need I say more

Nothing Bad customer service

Nothing How I got kicked out and banned from my own hotel room for no reason whatsoever. And then to top it off about 2800$ worth of my belongings then disappeared after they kicked me out because they wouldn't let me go back to my room and acquire them.

Bad

All individuals over 18 had to go to registration and show id's and get copies taken. This the first time the 55 years I have been staying hotels this had to be done. Does not matter how long you stay you get 1 towel per person and one roll of toilet paper. They are not replaced. Trash has to be removed from the room before checkout. No amenities were given. Won't stay again.

We tried calling the customer service but they are not available. We don’t even have no clue if our money will be refunded back or lost. Terrible experience

The room was very clean and spacious. Centrally located near plenty of food and shopping. The area felt safe, and the staff were friendly. The room did not have a coffee maker or body wash and shampoo, but it was not a big deal for us. It had everything else we needed.

The hotel was not ideal. It didn’t seem very clean. I experienced bites on my back after sleeping in the bed. No housekeeping. Blood on the wall, older outdated furnishings. Drawers broken, toilet paper holder broken. A place to rest if you absolutely need a place to stay overnight but I would not choose to stay here again.
