The front desk staff was always helpful and polite. They also answered via messaging in the app. The beds were fairly comfy, and the room was clean The weekday breakfast attendants were great. The weekend breakfast attendant was not good. She left the breakfast area without plates and food both days. When asked for things she didn't answer. They also ran out of cream cheese for bagels which seems like poor planning on a very popular weekend due to the Pikes peak race. The shower head was broken and could not be switched to any other settings. When you did it would stop working altogether.

There were only two very small trash barrels, sometimes left without trash bags, for the bathroom set up and kitchen. People left their personal trash in common areas. No storage for personal items in the shower, items had to remain on the shower floor. Only 1 hook for a bath towel. Bad layout for extended stay. Had to request toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels because they were not replaced when near empty and housekeeping provided only every other day. Hotel seemed understaffed and front desk didn't seem invested at all. Would not recommend

Let me start by saying we got stuck on the 1st floor by a back door because the hotel was at 100% capacity. The room was definitely pet friendly which was a negative for us, the room was full of dog hair and you can tell they constantly have to use an ozone machine by the smell it had when we walked in. It was very loud due to the back door constantly being slammed shut. The mattress was springy and uncomfortable. They don’t provide comforters, you get a sheet and a stiff blanket over that. The curtains were stained and looked filthy. The first impression of the place is nice when you walk in but the lack of cleanliness was a huge turn off. I would definitely never stay here again.

The breakfast was delicious. N/A

The staff was really nice and responsive the common areas were nice but need ice. The room was a great size but it was dirty, food crumbs on the beds trash on the floor, and it wasnt stocked no handsoap or extra toilet paper. There was a kitchenette but no utensils. The tiles in the bathroom were teetering and missing grout the curtains were broken in the bedroom. I was disappointed when I said it was dirty they didn't come clean or offer another room they gave us soap and blankets that we asked for that we covered the beds with. Cleaning every other day ... no trash was removed or linen changed or even beds made. They just took the dirty towels and put a few clean ones in. We had to keep asking for stuff.

Nice property and location

We had no issues with our stay. We stayed one night and had a pleasant experience with staff and breakfast.
-
The staff were very kind and understanding.
-
I liked how quiet the neighbors were. And how clean and comfortable the rooms were. I really didn’t have any dislikes .
-
The breakfast was great for price! And the pool and hot tub were great for me and the kids, and the hot tub was actually pretty hot! The rooms were roomy, the beds were super comfy, and the mini fridge works great! I was a little surprised at all they had was basic cable and that they didn't have TVs that had at least YouTube and or Netflix capabilities on them which made our week's day a little boring in the evening times

Staff were extremely knowledgeable. The shuttle facility for the Space Symposium was excellent. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available 24x7 along with a little snack "shop". Acoss the road is a shopping mall with some food options.

Hotel was clean, rooms were nice with more than expected. Staff was kind and helpful. Only complaint is the beds were like sleeping on a rock a pillows had zero structure.

The staff was very professional and courteous. Travelocity had messed up the reservation but the folks here helped me sort it out. Third party vendors don't seem to communicate well but the staff helped me feel welcomed and helped me sort it out.
