We were an early and asked for early check in. They wanted to charge an extra $25. Not very accommodating at all. Property was nice and clean, service needed work.

The room was bit smaller compared to other hotels that we stayed on this trip. The sleeper sofa mattress was not so comfy. The bathroom was also bit smaller compared.

The room was very clean. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was really good. The best hotel free breakfast. They had a variety of food and something different each day. The only thing that would have been better was the location. It was a little difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.

Good breakfast. Staff were helpful. Good pool albeit not much shade. Plenty of free parking. Quite near.the freeway so if you are in the pool It’s quite noisy but not once you’re inside it’s not a problem.

The room was awesome. Newly renovated with plenty of space. Almost the size of a junior suite. I would stay here again and probably will. This is nitpicking but there was trash and some weeds around the fence of the pool. The look was a little shabby.

Never have I ever felt so uncomfortable with a receptionist. The lady who checked us in was very rude and didn’t even acknowledge me. I had to greet her. I saw her again down the hall and once again she didn’t even smile. Other than that everything was fine.
