La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Colorado Springs Garden of the Gods

TVs didn’t work. The tubs felt like they were about to sink in. Lied to about maintenance coming. The entire place was ran down.

We actually left and didn’t stay. Most disgusting hotel I have seen Many more things I can say. Do not stay here

Actually ended up not staying here. Swimming pool was not operating at the time and was needed for my grandchildren. I had booked 4 rooms for a week. Owners were gracious in offering a refund because of this. I was very thankful.🙂

Do not stay here! Read the reviews, there listing has false, misleading and straight up lies. multiple fake reviews, this is a Motel, not a hotel. the photo of the continental breakfast was Not from this hotel. Pool Out of service and looks like it’s been like that for a long time. The building is in disrepair. High crime area around the hotel. people yelling and partying all hours of the night. We had 4 room every last door security lock was broken. Every room has been broken into. Very un safe. I Called the front desk’s multiple time no one every answered. Worst place I have ever stayed!

This is always our go-to. I love the outdoor entrances. Fairly well priced, clean and comfortable. Some of the staff leave much to be desired but overall typically good experiences. I just wish they would open the pool back up. Oh and breakfast in the morning is always a plus.

Nose from train ,and u can hear dog barking and people talking like we are in same room.

Watch it they try to keep your deposit for any little thing!

My TV never worked. Maintenance came to check it and just kind of said oh well. no one offered me a change of room or any other alternative answers. The breakfast, only beverage available was coffee. No juice or any water was offered. All the chairs were very stained, I was embarrassed for the hotel. Not a good experience at all.

The breakfast was none existent but everything else was good.

Breakfast is terrible with less option, and a few homeless people were grabbing some breakfast and left the property. In the parking lot, just in front of the entrance, I saw 2 rats and felt that this property is not appropriate for staying. I would definitely not come back to this hotel, and not recommend to anyone.

The colors were nice. The staff were horrible they were constantly talking about the guests in another language while smiling to our faces. Then talking about us in another language it was very rude. There were bugs on the walls, Ugg’s

I wasn’t satisfied with our stay and I’ve stayed at Laquita’s before. The pool was closed in the middle of the summer and the breakfast not a variety . I will not stay there if I ever visit Colorado.

Very poor maintenance over all. The bottom step going to 2nd floor is too high, which is a code violation and a safety hazard. In fact, I tripped and fell into the rail, which was very rough, and shaky...The bathroom door was difficult to close and the bathtub was dirty. I will say this...the beds and pillows were actually comfortable...

I spent 80 bucks a night. When I arrived the room was poorly cleaned. There was a McDonald's order stuck to the lamp of someone else who was in the room. Theres no trash can, when I arrived there was also no remote to the TV I had to the use the buttons on the TV and the only button that worked was the power button. When I went downstairs and asked about TV they gave me the lobby remote but the volume didn't work. Then the hair dryer made this horrible crackling sound when I turned it on and then would smell like smoke after it honestly could've caught fire if you used it long enough. They gave me no hand soap to wash my hands. Pretty poor experience.

As for breakfast, they were out of many items, and the only fruit available was 4 tangerines. There were bagels, but nothing to put on them. The waffle iron was dirty because someone had tried to make a waffle, and it stuck to the iron. The counter has coffee and other items spilled on it. The only other option was sugary cereal. There was no one monitoring the area or keeping things cleaned up. As for the room, the wires hanging under the TV were a little unnerving, and an ironing board was set up in the corner. I thought this was odd and was going to fold it and put it in the closet. What I discovered is that the board was broken and could not be folded and put away. The sink in the bathroom area was mismatched with the counter and was not fully clean. In the shower and toilet area, the toilet seat was larger than the toilet and rocked, and the dirt around the baseboard and broken tile made the area feel unclean. When I went to take a shower, the hot water was barely warm, even though it was fully open.
