I liked the clean room and well supplied bathroom. The breakfast was cereal, toast, juice, coffee, and skim milk. It needs at least a waffle maker and half and half for the coffee. Skim milk in coffee wrecks it.

Hotel states they offer a free continental breakfast. Continental breakfast consisted of five fruit cups laid out, a half a loaf of bread and no hot coffee.

Breakfast was only cereal, cups of fruit and toast. Rooms were very outdated. Air conditioning worked ok. Door didn’t fully latch but would lock with deadbolt. Not a great sleep. Definitely will not stay here again.

A/C was a challenge. Strange smell persisted in the lobby and hallways. It was adequate.

Doesn’t feel too safe, everything is very run down and outdated, parking lot is a little awkward and was a lil’ tight for our truck pulling a trailer and all the staff was pleasant. I recommend to Spend the extra $40 - $50 for a nicer room.

I will not be staying there again. It felt like a cheap motel. The furnishings were damaged, bedside lights didn’t work. The room was misrepresented in the discrimination and the photos.

To be honest I feel like this shouldn’t be a hotel for 4+ days. I would waste more money on a better hotel. Hope this helps to whom it may concern!

Overall condition of the property is poor. I would describe as grungy and felt somewhat unsafe. I will give credit though for clean sheets, bed, and towels, a good shower head with good pressure, and the AC worked (a through the wall window unit). I guess I saved a few bucks and got what I paid for.

The property was definitely not as nice as the listing made it out to be. They had remodeled but super cheap for example the bed frames were extremely loud if you bumped into them.

Very bad, don’t go for this family’s.

My room was cool, clean and comfortable.

Unsafe property - STAY AWAY. I arrived and the parking lot was full of foot traffic and people going in between cars. I immediately felt unsafe and asked to cancel my reservation due to the fact that I was traveling alone and did not feel safe here. Other guests were canceling, as well. Front desk man (H) denied my request saying others had been trying to cancel, too, and he almost got fired for refunding people. He refused my refund, and now I’m working hard to ensure nobody ever stays here again. It’s deeply unsafe - I cannot emphasize this enough. You and your belongings are NOT safe here. DO NOT BOOK HERE. You’ll lose your money for nothing.

Didn’t even get to check in. They stole my money a month later I am still waiting for the refund

AC did not work properly. Breakfast was nothing but cereal and fruit cup.

Everything about this hotel was horrible! I highly suggest paying a little extra and get a stay somewhere else!

I forgot my checkbook and the manager was able to contact me. I was able to get it picked up by a relative that lived in the area. The staff was good. The only breakfast option was "Juice", plain bread, cinnamon bread, small pastries, and coffee. My bare expectations included cereal, milk, waffles, and eggs. The walls are paper thin. The first night, I heard a young child cry for three hours next door, The second night another couple moved in and was involved in a loud domestic disturbance from midnight to 4 am which involved police. The male party to the disturbance was parked in a white car next to my black SUV. My rental car had scratches on the driver-side mirror casing. I had noticed crushed Cheetos spilled around the driver-side of my vehicle and my mirror pushed in. I later noticed the Cheeto finger, palm prints, and scratches all over that side of the car and the mirror four hours after I left the Inn. I did not have a restful sleep on both nights because of the freeway traffic noise but more so the paper thin walls.
