This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Beds had stains on it . This is after changing from original room . Little chair leg was broken and the leg was pushed in . I only found out because the nail from it scratched my ankle. I probably have to get a shot for it. Carpet sticky . Bathroom vent has music playing all day and night . Check out time I was waiting while they were having coffee outside looking at me waiting . I finally had to go and get one of them so I can check out . Anyway I have pictures to prove . Let’s not even get to the black mold in the bathroom and the weird noise it makes when you turn on water .fridge had rust all over windows were dirty.

Simply, THE WORST. I booked a One King Bed Upgrade, which was the most expensive one, and which was supposed to have a jacuzzi, in this hotel with Expedia. Surprise, no jacuzzi and the most horrible bathroom. And since the arrival we checked the bed and there were BED BUGS. So we asked them what they could do to help us since we were not going to sleep in a bed with bed bugs, so they sent us to a standard two queen beds bedroom, we checked the beds and everything and of course we found disgusting STAINS and MOLD on the bed sheets and covers, NO FRIDGE, and a very bad marijuana smell almost all time. We left our room ready for them to provide the room service, and of course they did not. They say that you have to request it and it can only be provided on the third day. They did not give me any refund for the downgrade in the bedroom. Please DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF. Find a nicer hotel. This “hotel” is THE WORST.

I preface this by saying the staff offered and then gave me a refund. And the situation was a bit out of their control. Nevertheless, I cannot recommend staying here. The light in the tiny bathroom did not work and they couldn’t fix it. There was a visible hold in the side of the bed’s mattress. The location isn’t close to anything. That was bad enough, but the hotel was booked by some sort of boys youth group that took up most of the rooms and all floors. They were loudly cursing, trying to rap/sing in the hallways and echoing from the pool area where some congregated. The adult with the group was in the “lobby” playing cards with some boys and cursing while acting as bad as or worse than the teens he is supposed to be enabling. A few boys tried intimidating my wife and other guests by staring them down or leaning on the front desk as they tried to check in until I stepped in to challenge their bravado. The staff were powerless to do anything and obviously feared either challenging the group to behave or did not want to lose the revenue. It was very obvious that this was a franchise run by a family, so this was their income and livelihood. But, this is not the experience we pay for. There are expectations of decorum, quiet, civil behavior and working, decent living conditions. This experience taught me to pay a little extra for Marriott, IHG, Wyndham or Hilton sites buoyed by corporate requirement instead of franchised economy places that want profits from you.

The first impression wasn’t good. I was allowed to check in 10 mins early. When I went into the room my son said eww the bathroom smell. It indeed smell like some had just used it. Then the refrigerator had leftover food and drink. I asked to have my room changed. Room was change to another room. It was little better. The only other complaint I have it having to ask for more then towel because the room was stocked for three people.

The room had mold on the walls, stains on the bedding sheets, the sofa had some type of pet hair all over it, and the bathroom was disgustingly filthy. There was dried up piss all over the toilet seat I mean everywhere, dirt stains in the bathtub and dirt on the walls. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. When brought to staff attention they didn’t attempt to do anything or make it right. I expressed to them the room should’ve been properly cleaned before handing off to a customer and they provided me cleaning supplies instead of having someone come clean the room or switch our room. If I was able to give it zero stars for the cleanliness of the room I would. Breakfast was okay not much available, no big surprised based on the upkeep their rooms.

It was an interesting time to say the least. I really tried to give this three stars, but just couldn't The first thing we discovered was there were no wash cloths, just towels. So we got some from the desk. Next day when we came back our room had not been serviced or new towels. Found out we had to leave our trash and dirty towels out in the hallway on the floor to get the room serviced. That was a first for me. Once again, no wash cloths and had to get more. The cloths must be at a premium because we had to ask for them every day. Then our toilet wasn't working properly and overflowed. I asked the desk to send maintenance up to fix the toilet and the desk clerk showed up with a plunger and I had to plunge the toilet myself. We made sure the room was cleaned and sanitized but they took our shower curtain and didnt replace it. Once again they brought one up and I had to install it. The bathtubs were old jacuzzi tubs and almost impossible to get in, Anyone with bad knees are going to have a hard time getting in and out. We had a king suite with a hideabed couch. The couch was outdated and no support. As soon as you sat in it your knees were almost in your chest and very uncomfortable. The desk chair was broken, when my wife sat in it she almost landed on her back. Wont be staying there again.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived in our room it was very cold. We had no shower curtain or any towels and washcloths when. My daughter went to the front desk to ask for the shower curtain and the towels , the front desk person gave her the third degree about if we had pets, how many people in our room, etc.. a child should not have been asked things kinds of questions that I had already answered when I checked in

The breakfast had a lot of options and was pretty good. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The room had a lot of space, and beds and pillows were very comfortable. The parking area was very dirty with a lot of trash and what looked like a bunch of homeless people outside when we arrived, which made me question the safety of my vehicle during my stay. When I turned the jets on in the jacuzzi tub, blackish dirt strings came out which was pretty gross. There was still a trashcan full with food in the room when we arrived. The cleanliness of the pool was a little questionable (lots of dirt and debris on the bottom of the pool that you could feel with your feet, didn’t see any filter actually moving water, greenish tint to the water)

Far enough away from stuff but still within a decent driving distance of Lancaster We didn’t have towels or a blanket in our room on check in and no housekeeping came to our room all weekend. We set trash outside our room Friday night and it was still there Sunday morning when we left.
