We were just there for an overnight stay this time but overall it was a nice stop for a quick trip! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the breakfast was nice addition to grab before heading out in the morning. Staff was friendly and answered all the questions that I had. This was our 3rd time staying here :)

The location and proximity to our activities When we arrived there were 5 employees louging in the lobby area, chatting like they were visitors. The beds were extremely hard, pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Our room smelled musty, turning on the air unit made it worse. Everything (bedding, floor, towels) consistently felt damp, even after our room was "serviced". One of the pillow cases had make up on it from another individual, that pillow was not used. The shower had mold growing in it, the door leaked onto the floor. We only had 3 wash cloths and went to the front desk to ask for a 4th, they handed my husband another hand towel, not a wash cloth, after communicating with the staff 3 times, he gave up as she wasn't understanding. We only received 1 roll of toilet tissue which I had to request after our room was "serviced" towel/trash removal when ours was empty. Our floors weren't swept the 3 nights we stayed. The entire hotel had declined in staff, cleanliness and maintenance in the last 3 yrs since our first stay. We will not be revisiting this hotel.

The front desk was very helpful in finding us another room and put us in the 3rd floor, for the "noise" complaint.

Nice location, quiet and clean. Didn't like having to go all the way to the lobby for ice. Breakfast. Need something more Nothing that I could eat. Special diet.

Clean, hot tub, friendly staff, quiet area Breakfast was disappointing. It was truly a continental breakfast. I was expecting eggs and a meat or potatoes . Mostly just sweets and bagels ect. One day was boiled eggs and another day had eggs that seemed microwaveable. We ended up going out for breakfast some mornings due to the selection.

Good location quiet neighborhood Way too many chemicals in the pool, musty smell in halls , locks look like theyre from 1980

Although the room was nice, the toilet was clogged and overflowed. The front desk gave us two plungers, but they did not do the trick. They sent in two excellent staff members to take care of it and were very apologetic despite the mess that they had to deal with.

The room was comfortable and clean. The desk staff was not especially helpful or welcoming, preferring to chat among themselves to taking care of customers. The property public space (stairwells and halls) was super worn, probably because they get a lot of youth sports team staying there.

Was well located, easy to get to, easy to get to my work site. The room was really worn out. Bed squeaky, furnishings worn. Floor sticky. Shower didn't work well - head didn't change modes. Room had a blinking network thing that was annoying. Oddly the previous visit, the room was just fine. Maybe they are refurbishing? Literally everything I said above wasn't the case. The couple in room 111 tried to be quiet during sex, but you could hear the bed squeaking from down the hallway.

Love the Golden Waffles. Could use stronger plastic wear Knife and Fork. The Lady who did the Breakfast was friendly and helpful to all the guests. Could use stronger plastic Knife and Fork.
