The only issue I had was the continental breakfast. I went every morning I was there (with at least 30 min left) and everything was gone

The minute we step foot in the door. The staff was very friendly. They made you feel welcome room very clean I would go back and stay there again.

Nice pool area. Clean with nice kitchen. Bring your own items. Don’t say anything about breakfast. It was basically non existent. I went out for breakfast

The rooms were clean. Kitchen was cute. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bedroom didn't have a light switch u had to turn on the end table lights to get light in the room.

I enjoyed the breakfast. It was healthy and nutritious, and it was in a great location, where you have the option to sit inside or out on the patio When I travel, I also bring work along with me. I was a little disappointed when there was no computer accessibility or printer to print out documents.

The room only had one bed and one pull out, was hoping for two beds.

Staff was amazing but the property itself was kinda run down and not the cleanest. Pool was nice and the location of the hotel. Also hot breakfast was promised and never happened. The staff were all super amazing just wish things would have been better.

Hal the manager was the most helpful and most, if not only memorable part of this hotel experience. The room we received, was not the room that I booked, but due to over booking, we were stuck in no refund available. Poole was decent and quiet. Location is awesome with delicious ice cream next-door.

There was mini golf course and ice cream place next door The room was small and very uncomfortable, outdated , the air conditioning system sounded like i was in a factory very loud, the toilet clogged , called downstairs no answer went down guy was sitting at desk , handed me a plunger in a bag , and I had to go up plunge my own toilet put said plunger back in bag and take back downstairs and hand to the guy at the front counter, very disgusting, not to mention why did I have to plunge my own toilet. , if that is the case plunger should be in evry room... also ELEVATOR WAS VERY SKETCHY AND DOOR DIDNT WORK PROPERLY, AS WELL AS no elevator certifications.
