Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbia at Harbison, SC

The guy on shift in the evening was very rude and refused to help. We had a suite booked for 5 people. There were not enough pillows and he said we couldn’t have any more. There was a pull out sofa and he said the sheets should be there and they were not. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it were free.

Decent place to spend a night, but very run-down beyond normal wear. The state health department shut down their hot tub.

Nice place, pretty clean but needs better mattresses on the beds and better maintenance. The pool was closed during our whole stay so the kids were very disappointed. The ice machine was broke, when I turned the hair dryer on our bathroom lights went out so the whole night til our check out they couldn't get them fixed, the bed was like sleeping on an ironing board. Worst night's sleep ever.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room size was good, 2 person and beds comfortable. In general all was nice. The room served its purpose. The swimming pool was closed , and I was told it would not be open at all. Do not list on site info about a pool if it is out of service. Cleaning of the room was not the best. Tv remote control was not the same brand as the tv.

Location It was not clean. The pool was as closed the breakfast was empty and the front desk person had to stop to fill it. And was not as exceptabe as our last stay very disappointing

To start things off, the front desk help was super rude and just not attentive at all, then when we get to our room, there’s a throw up stain by the bed and the pillows are legit dirty. No shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Completely empty. And to top it off, the pool was shut down. Running but had a closed sign on it. Never ever going here again. Waste of my money. So disgusting

Definitely wasnt very clean. You walked in the door and all you could smell was smoke and Marijuana.

This was the 2nd worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The place was dirty. The room was dirty, the floor needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom floor needed to be mopped, the 2nd floor hallway needed to be vacuumed, there was trash all around the property, and the place smelled like they were smoking pot the whole time we were there. I will Never go back to that hotel again.

It was affordable The pool was closed, the staff was not helpful and the property was beginning to run down.

It is okay for the price. Our room had no toilet paper. When we asked for toilet paper they gave us one roll for 5 people.

Clean room and convenience

The property smelled of marijuana. The carpets throughout the facility looked as if they hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. There were holes in the bathroom door, sheets had stains from overuse, the ice machine was nonfunctional. Only positive: no bed bugs.
