Woman at check in had a beautiful spirit & made us feel very welcome!

We also had problems with the air conditioning. The thermostat displayed a “low battery” warning and eventually stopped working during the night. We woke up to a room that was warm, humid, and very uncomfortable. Overall, these issues made our stay much less enjoyable than expected, especially after arriving late and just wanting a clean, comfortable room. I hope these concerns can be addressed so future guests have a better experience. I do want to mention that the staff was very friendly and welcoming, even though we arrived around midnight. The hotel was also quiet, which we appreciated. However, the property definitely needs some updates and better maintenance. While the customer service was good, the condition of the room did not meet our expectations.

Friendly staff... Love the biscuits and gravy choice for breakfast. Easy to get to, clean room and love the shower pressure.

I noticed that the hotel was not clean from the time that I walked through the door. The carpet needed to be vacuumed, there was debris everywhere. I noticed a horrible stench when I got on the elevator, that followed me down the hall on the 4th floor, and it was in my room #413. I work in the medical field and I encounter individuals who are either homeless or sleeping in their cars, and they have a distinct smell. It was awful and when I asked to switch rooms, I was told that the hotel was sold out. In return, I was brought some disinfectant spray and a very loud oxygen detoxifier and told that I could try that. I also had an issue where the thermostat was broken and the air conditioner couldn’t turn off. My overall experience was horrible.

Amazing price for what you get. Room was nice and big, well layed out. Bed was comfy. Very good location, more than enough restaurants to choose from and some shopping in minutes nearby. Breakfast was really well done. Only negative was we couldn't turn off the fan on the AC when we went to sleep. Other than that, an excellent stay.

The front desk associates were so friendly, I really enjoyed my stay, they really deserve a raise. They showed respect for my sister and I. I really felt welcomed. Thank you so much.

Property needs to update there furniture in the lobby area. But overall my stay was good no complaints
