It was just ok. There was nothing great about this hotel.

The hotel is fairly new. Everything was in great shape and working order. The staff at the desk, bar, and restaurant were awesome! I highly recommend!

We had to wait almost 3 hours to check into both our rooms, the elevators were not working properly, but the beds were very comfortable

This was my first time staying at a Hilton garden Inn Hotel. The atmosphere when I checked in was pleasant. My room was chilled. It was great till morning watching TV then seeing a big cockroach crawl across the floor was really not what I expected. The breakfast staff was cheerful, and helpful.

I was pleasantly pleased from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. The lobby/dining/bar area was very nicely decorated and had a warm homey feeling. All the staff were superb..., friendly, helpful, positive, etc.. Room was exceptionally clean. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The morning coffee in the lobby was very good..., just wished breakfast had been included without extra charge. I am sure it would have been excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also large and very clean. Restaurant options were tasty and reasonably priced. Staff were very accommodating - the battery died on my door lock and they had it fixed within 10 minutes. It might be time to update the air conditioners. It worked fine, it was just loud.

Everything was fabulous! I was there for the Miss Pure Sparkle International Pageant and the Hilton Staff were just TOP TIER! The breakfast and dinner were fabulous, housekeepers activated and tried their very best to get things done quickly and for that you can’t ask anything better! The manager at the front (forgot his name but it was a white man, tall & had black rimmed glasses) OVER THE TOP SERVICE! Any questions or concerns I had he took care of it right then, NO WAITING! If you’re going to Columbia THIS is the hotel to book! PHENOMENAL JOB WELL DONE! When you book tell the MISS SPARKLE UNIVERSE 2026 talked you into it!💖😉

My family and I enjoyed this stay. The room hotel and room were clean and well-kept. Breakfast was good and our children thoroughly enjoyed the pool. There’s plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and friendly the property was clean, the rooms was fresh. I can smell clean. It was right to have a little restaurant in the hotel so if you didn't want to go out food was available for you. I recommend this hotel a lot.
