Checkin took so long, a list of dont's as soon as you checkin..Major red flag. A list of fees where given. A fee for this a fee for that. I have never been to a hotel that made it so hard for you to check in. You have to put a decal on your car or it will get towed. Housekeeping is by weekly, you have to take your own trash to the dumpster. If you want new towels you have to go to the front desk. The fire alarm went off at 3am everyone was running out of there rooms. The next night someone was running up and down the hall yelling "they towing cars". All you smelled is weed smoke all through the hall. And they have roaches, chairs and carpet is nasty. I booked through expedia and was not able to get a refund the day I checked in. I will never book another hotel through them again.

Staff, value, location. Front desk and facilities closed at 11 PM.

The staff was absolutely amazing. One of the amazing staff members walked each of my family to the car with an umbrella because we were headed to a wedding. No complaints.

Bathroom was small, beds were hard, room was hot, receptionist wasn’t friendly.

The lighting was dark... The microwave didn't work along with an outlet we needed. Other than these things It was a great room!

I had a nice, friendly check-in process. However, when checking out, the staff was unattentive and ignored me until I SPOKE UP. The property was well maintained. It should NOT say breakfast included. However, it should say grab breakfast and coffee included.
