This was a last minute booking, so we were pleased with our choice. The room was clean, staff was friendly . Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was pitiful! The biscuits were hard and tasteless. Coffee was in a different room from the breakfast area. The 1st morning coffee was ok, but the 2nd morning coffee was not available because the 2 ladies working did not know how to work the machine.

Comfy for a night. Pretty quiet, liked some of the features like the light on the floor that comes on when you walk by so you can see at night without blinding yourself. Room was large. Close to lots of food options.

Nothing! The bathroom and toilet was not cleaned, there were dirty towels on the floor, black spots on the pillows and noise from above that was not addressed. I simply asked to be moved to a different room and was told to wait until the morning.

The location, parking, and convenience to restaurants were great. The check-in process/line was long due to staff slowness. The room smelled like someone had previously smoked in it, even though it was a non-smoking room.

The free breakfast was standard fare for a hotel in this price range. Our only complaint was the coffee. Waking up in the morning, good coffee is important to us, and this was poor quality automatic dispensed instant coffee. Up your game with a good quality brewed coffee, and your guests will thank you!
