Overall, nice hotel, currently undergoing renovations, so a little bit noisy and parking was a little tight as a result. The Housekeeping closet was open across from our room, and we noticed more pillows in there, but didn’t have pillowcases. Asked the Front Desk for more pillows, and they said they didn’t have any. Once we let them know that there was a housekeeping closet with tons of pillows in it across from our room, they did allow us to have the 2 extra pillows that we asked for.

My room had dirty foot print walls. found hair all over room. flooring was loose. lights did not work correctly.

The front desk lady with red hair and a British accent tried very hard to help us get hot water after the whole building lost all access to hot water. There was no hot water. The breakfast was awful. The toaster burned toast on the lowest setting. The pancake machine was broken. Everything else was full of sugar.

staff members great. especially Lisa breakfast staff member. There was no night stands on either side of bed for book, water, phone. Stayed before and rooms had night stands.

The hotel was continently located, plenty of parking and did have breakfast in the morning. There was really limited options for breakfast. When we checked in we had an issue with our TV and the girl at the front desk was very helpful. Our room was EXTREMELY SMALL and we had a king sized bed, the bed took up the entirety of the room. There was less than 2ft between the bed and the table the TV sat on. There was only 1 side table so we had to rearrange furniture so my husband has somewhere to put his things. There was no where to put our suitcase. There were bugs in our room. There were also multiple small bathmats across the walking areas of the room and we tripped over them but when I went to move them out of the way there were large gaps in the flooring where the planks of wood have separated. The floor was bubbling up and I think that was why the mats were there to cover that up. We were traveling with our dog and I really think they put us in the worst room they had because of that reason. We were only there for a few days so we made due, but I will absolutely never stay at this hotel again.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. No problems checking in and the room was great. Breakfast was delicious. Overall a great stay.

The hotel didn’t feel very well maintained. It felt like paint was used to cover things up. The mattresses were not very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful tho.
