The reservation was made online and requested that the rooms be combined or close by I called two weeks prior to our reservation date and the young lady told me she will put note in to have the rooms close by

We had a nice time we got to enjoy the pool while it was still early in the day & the front desk staff that checked us in gave us a 20% off for dinner at Texas Roadhouse so that was a great perk we were out celebrating our anniversary!
-
The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable!

Someone had a dog on our floor and they barked the entire night. My entire family Got No rest after a 10 hour drive because they couldn’t located the dog.
-
Beds had fleas and when I was moved to another room it had gum stuck to the lamps. Terrible stay. Also request towels that were never brought. I have pics and videos

India, the night staff, was absolutely amazing! The hotel itself has seen better days. The first room we got on the second floor appeared to have damage at the lock as if someone had either kicked the door open or Law Enforcement had to force entry into the room. The toilet did not work, India being the amazing employee quickly changed our room and even offered to help move our luggage. Not enough nice things to say about her, but the property has seen a better day. The hallway carpet show obvious signs of wear. The second room we got was nice and clean. I would highly recommend India as the best thing about the trip.

The stay was average. I thought there was a continental breakfast. First time staying in this property.

The staff was nice but hotel was not good need updated carpet was nasty no free breakfast after you pay all this money I want a refund some back off my stay

Not the best aloft. A bit in need of updates. Shower nozzle loose, bathroom fan not working, stairwells smelled, lots of pot smoking outside. B-fast old and nasty. Would not stay here again.

India was at the front when I arrived! She was wonderful and so polite! She made me guest of the day so I got a goodie bag and some coupons to use at the bar and breakfast! The hotel was clean and nice! The room was perfect!

India was the shift manager when we arrived and she was very kind and hospitable and sincere that was a great part. Unfortunately the filth in my room the broken lamp provided the obnoxious shower pressure in the shower was so hard that it hurt me and I'm a grown man and the standoffish nature of the rest of the staff made the overall experience not so great. Although India seemed like a really great person that was just simply not enough to overcome my recommendation of not staying there. The biggest point of concern was the prominence of mold in my room and the fact that both me and my daughter quickly developed sore throats and swollen lymph nodes from staying in the room.

I called early in the morning and requested room cleaning service. The front desk representative told me the message would be relayed to housekeeping, but no one ever came to clean the room during my stay. When I followed up, there didn't seem to be much concern or effort to resolve the issue. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The mattress felt extremely firm, and I could feel the springs through it. For reference, I only weigh around 140 lbs, so this wasn't a matter of excessive wear from heavier use. Getting a good night's sleep was difficult. The hotel may work if you're simply looking for a place to sleep for a night, but travelers who value customer service, housekeeping, and a comfortable bed may want to consider other options or manage their expectations before booking.
