The room was very comfortable and affordable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful. The pool was a little smaller and colder than my young children would have liked. Overall, this was a solid stay for the price paid.

Mold on top of mold. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. Not friendly not helpful American staff members have there hands tied by the INDIAN PATEL OWNERS. DONT NOT GO HERE STAY ELSEWHERE.

I do not smoke and strongly dispute this claim. When I asked for documentation or an explanation, I was told the room had been inspected by management and allegedly smelled of smoke. I was also told that an email had been sent, but I never received any notification regarding this issue. What was most disappointing was the way my concerns were handled. During the conversation, I was told that the manager “didn’t care” and was asked why I wanted the money back since it was “only $50.” I was also told that I should be glad it wasn’t the larger smoking fee listed in the hotel’s policy. Regardless of the amount, $50 is still my money, and I believe customers deserve respectful treatment when asking about charges on their account. I understand hotels have policies, but customers also deserve professionalism, transparency, and documentation when money is withheld. Based on my experience, I would encourage future guests to carefully review any deposits or fees charged during their stay and keep records of all communications.

Location and room comfort We went here bc of the indoor pool. The first night they cleaned the pool. The next night they were waiting for repair that would not be there until Monday. When we told the front desk all they said was it happens some times and its out of their control.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint if any was the mattress in my room was worn on the bed side, probably needs to be replaced.

When we got out of our car around lunch-time on a Sunday, there were 2 prostitutes in the parking lot taking pictures of themselves

Everything was ok. I just didn’t like that they said I can pay when I arrive. But when I got there they canceled my reservation. Because they said they billed the card and it declined. I told the guy I had to add the money on the card. I didn’t think it mattered if they said I could pay once I arrived. That was my main issue. Other than that everything was good. What I didn’t like, I put things in the wrong place. I loved that they had breakfast. That saved me money. An I love how the guy was polite. I only disliked they cancelled my reservation after I booked and it said I can pay when I arrived. Sorry. I wrote my messages in the wrong places.
