Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbia, SC

The room was very clean especially the bathroom. However the furniture was pretty shabby and worn. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in awhile. Everything was freshly made. Staff was super friendly. It was good for a one night stay right off the highway.

The staff was absolutely a delight. The hotel itself has some age and needs some repair/renovations, and updates to appear clean, and/or appealing. However, for the price, you get what you pay for as it was quiet and in a safe location.

Room-comfortable beds, water pressure weak, room appeared to be cleaned quickly (corners still dirty) Fitness Room-only consisted of three cardio machines and they were all three broken Breakfast-bad (day one had hard and cold biscuits, day two had hard and cold biscuits with terrible eggs, both days the pancake maker was broken) Property-run down and in need of lots of renovations Halls-smelled like marijuana for 2 days straight

Rooms were clean and had all the needs. The staff was awesome with personality and a sense of humor. I would definitely stay here again.

The evening front desk clerk was helpful and understanding. When I found roaches in the bed, she moved me to another room, yet this still made me and my guest uncomfortable . My guest left before the trip was over and I could not cancel my room for a refund. The morning manager was rude and unwilling to lower the cost of the room because we booked through nooking.com she said that was the issue. I WILL NOT BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM EVER AGAIN. The hotel had water damage, the carpets were pulled up from the floor, the exercise room did not have a single functional machine. And the elevator sounded like it was on its last cable, ready to drop the guests at any moment. I spoke to another guest and she told me there were bugs in her bathroom. It's a shame because this is the first bad review I have given.

Superb

One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time! All of the women who worked at the front desk were so helpful and kind and welcoming. They all were quick to make sure we were accommodated and helped us check in even though we were coming in later than our expected check in time. The hotel was super clean and the room was very nice. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long drive and they even have a gym. Everything was absolutely perfect

Lady at ck in was so nice and helpful, bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Price was good. When you drive up to the building it didn’t look the best, really needs to be painted. But inside was very nice and clean.

The ceiling started leaking in my room. The room I reserved had a jacuzzi. The room They relocated me to didn't have a jacuzzi. They only reimbursed me $20.00 for my trouble. I need to speak with Expedia.
