Springhill Suites by Marriott Columbia near Fort Jackson

The hotel was clean, the room was spacious. The beds were a little too firm for me with chronic pain issues but fine for one night. The mini fridge didn't get very cold even though turned up all the way. The ice bucket leaked by nature of design as the ice melted, no liner was provided so I washed it in the sink before use. Didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on that. The area didn't look nice but the hotel was nice

I was disappointed that that they clean the room every other day. My beds were not made nor my trash emptied. They didn't bring fresh towels. I had to go downstairs and get them myself.

Everything was great- it was just missing a pool.

Did not like seeing a "car w a boot"right in front of hotel...honestly not the best welcome...but we had paid...sheets had old makeup and hair...I get things happen but we won't be staying again...our mistake

Clean room. Comfortable. The flashing smoke detector was directly over my bed and disturbed my sleep.

Room was modern and clean. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good with many choices available. Staff wasn’t the friendliest or most helpful. Employees appeared bothered when I approached them at the desk.

The bathroom door did not lock, but everything else was perfect! The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. A lot of breakfast options. The staff were kind, courteous and helpful whenever I needed them. Definitely recommend for families.
