I arrived after the 4:00 check-in and my room was not available. The front desk did provide another room. When I went into the room I noticed black mold on the ceiling from what I assume was water damage from the room above me. There were also stains on the ceiling and plaster and paint coming off the ceiling. There are no curtains on the window, only a roll down blind. This allowed all the noise from the street to come right into the room without a buffer. Cars raced up and down the block until well after 1:00 am. Very loud even with a noise cancellation machine on. I only stayed 1 night but would have definitely asked to be moved if I was staying for a longer time period. The lobby and the front desk employees were very nice helping navigate the problems.

Nice place to stay to visit Columbia.

An alarm clock in the room went off in room early morning g and woke us which was not awesome.

We did not have any hot water and because we stayed only one night they would move us to a room that had hot water so we took cold showers! Will never stay here again! When we ate breakfast at hotel I had to pay for mine but hotel employee in kitchen was serving their family for free. Not good! Need a new staff and GM!

Filthy room, no garbage can liners. I had to clean bathroom myself. Staff was rude and a member of my family was told “then leave B&$ch! By staff member. The police had to be called to remove former employee. Pool was closed we did not have notification until check in. The food that was supposed to be catered was absolutely disgusting and they ran out of food! Manager Eric was never available and this was by far the WORST stay ever. Hilton needs to pay more attention to the franchises, because they are destroying your brand. Don’t even think of booking this place.

Location was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. The gym was terrible with very little equipment, no towels, no disinfectant wipes. The combined hotels made the entire hotel feel disjointed. There was no parking the entire week unless you went to the extra parking off the property and there was very little signage about the parking and no one at the front desk told us about the extra parking. There was no flavored water in the water the first two days I was there

Friendly staff Room was never cleaned. We had to put our trash out to get it taken and I requested a cleaning and it never happened. Pool was closed for our visit. Hall smelled bad and was hot and humid everywhere but our room.

We slept on clean sheets but the bed it self was dirty. The wait for a room was terrible and unprofessional.

The property was in excellent condition by cleanliness and had all type of amenities in the bathroom. I loved the environment. I will be going back again

In all it took over 45 mins to get into our room. The staff was very nice. It was the lack of staff. It didn’t seem to be managed properly.

The room was decently clean but I've definitely seen it cleaner. The breakfast was not worth the money. Go to one of the restaurants in the area. The staff kept saying sorry for the inconvenience of the pool being closed all weekend, my room being oddly moist even when I had the air on 67° and my mini fridge had a bunch of ice buildup.
