Hampton Inn Columbus-North

Disappointed in this Hampton as compared to others where we’ve stayed. The staff is efficient, friendly and helpful but the condition of the property is not up to standard. The a/c does not work properly throughout the hotel. The hallways and elevator was extremely hot and the room never cooled properly even after adjusting the temperature. The bathroom was extremely warm as it had no exhaust fan or vent. The room was clean and the staff was helpful but the stay was uncomfortable due to poorly operating a/c.

It needs air and the pool out of service. I wish the hotel would let people if there pool is in service or not it very important

My husband and was well welcome by the staff/ particularly Ms. Martha. The rooms were clean and very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. We liked everything.

The showers were actually hot! We were offered water at check in as well. I will say if coffee is offered at all hours they need to be checked for temperature regularly so when I went it was room temp at best. Loud neighbors but that can't be helped

The bed was terrible and air conditioning didn’t work well in meeting room, hallway, elevator.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel provided a quiet and relaxing environment that made it easy to get a good night's rest. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of options and was a convenient way to start the day. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The hotel was well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. I truly appreciated the hospitality and excellent customer service provided by the staff. I would definitely recommend Hampton Inn Columbus-North Columbus to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again!

Nice and clean Hotel. Location was great and felt safe there.

There was no air-conditioning in the hallways, one elevator was out of order and we were there for tonight/3 days and no one emptied any of the trash cans in the hallways or lobby so everything was overflowing and stunk! It was a very hot weekend and it was hard to wait for the elevator in the hallway since there was only one and it was so hot and of course there was a big stinking trashcan right there by the elevator. Bed was also a bit hard. The room layout was very nice and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom with no drainage issues. It could have been a great stay.

The worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in.

Breakfast location is good. Food was o.k.... the food is running low, but they haven't refilled it. I had to change rooms four times. First because the sink wouldn't drain, then because of cockroaches, next due to a loud AC, and finnally because the AC was too noisy again. I was already exhausted, and constantly moving rooms completely ruined my trim.

You really can not go wrong staying at an Hampton! As always, it did not disappoint!!
