It’s just an older hotel. Still has carpet.

Poorly maintained. Bathroom was gross and in disrepair. Mattress was so worn out it was like sleeping in a hammock. First Marriott property I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have good feather pillows. Well past its prime.

Located near a lot of restaurants and shops. Some basic room amenities were missing, such as soap by the sink. The beds were well used to where they sunk in towards the middle.

2nd time staying there in 2 months. 1st time was fantastic. This time stunk. No housekeeping whatsoever. I asked the lady up front on Saturday to have someone come in and remove our trash and dirty towels. She said she would. We came back later in the evening and nothing was done. I put all of it in the hallway and no one picked it up until 2am this morning. Doesnt seem like anyone other than Shay is motivated to work there with the exception of the breakfast lady. No one is behind the desk and there either playing on there phone or watching tv behind the wall.

Room was ok. Fridge was frozen so that wasn’t usable.

Carpet and chair was stained. Moldy shower. No hair dryer in the room. Window was covered in dirt. Desk and cabinets needed to be wiped clean.

This by far was the best experience I had with a hotel in Columbus ga. I will visit again. The hotel smelled delicious.
