The property was in distance of there we needed to be. Very nice but had some minor issues. An out of order elevator made it a little inconvenient with only one working elevator to service the many guests trying to get to where needed to go. I asked for an itemized statement only to receive an incomplete generic one by email.

The facility was very clean, and most of the staff was exceptional . The breakfast was excellent, and the coffee was great. Also perfect gym and pool My room was not as clean as it could have been, and there was a bug in the bed the morning we left, but I didn't report it. There were issues with the elevators that happened in the morning but were not fixed until sometime in the evening. Thus, we had to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs.

The room itself beautiful, well kept and clean bedding. The showers were dirty in some places there was mold. The toilet top wasn't completely flush to the toilet and again mold.

Nice large room with 2 queen beds, a couch and a coffee table. We spent afternoons in the pool and appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning.

Great stay in a suite with pull out sofa for times our SIT was available after graduation. Close to shopping and not far from the riverfront area downtown.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. The fact that the AC was leaking water so the carpet was soaked on that side of the room. The toilet kept running and I would have to shake the handle to make it stop. Lastly more outlets beside the bed preferably on the nightstand n would be good. I had to unplug the alarm clock to plug in my adapter.

The staff were very friendly, polite, and very informative. The room was spacious and very clean. It was such a quiet stay, not noisy, or appear to be overcrowded. The Hyatt was I'm walking distance to restaurants, with Texas Roadhouse being right next door to yhe hotel. Conveniently located to Columbus State since we were there for my son's orientation, it was great as well. I would have love for there to have been a microwave in the room so we could have reheated our take out meals. Plus with the room being the size it was, it would have been nice to have 2 tvs. One in the seating area and the other in the sleeping area.
