InTown Suites Extended Stay Columbus

Never stayed here because they “could not check me in with the wifi down”……I ended having to book another stay and that one wasn’t much better. Expedia needs to have team members go out to these hotels and see if they meet the traveling standards that they display on their sites. Very disappointed and still haven’t gotten my money back smh

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, the property had an unpleasant smell that was noticeable, and one of the reasons I booked was for the pool. Unfortunately, the pool is permanently closed, so it would be helpful if that information was updated in the listing to avoid disappointing future guests.

Tanya (property manager), housekeeping, and the a night guy that watch the place was really great. Very welcoming, friendly in answering questions or handling any issue you report. I was truly satisfied with my stay. I stayed from April 2026 to July 2026 due to moving into a new place. Great place to stay and the facility always stayed clean!! The guest are very nice and some have been there over 8 years and this is their home. I love my time there and it was almost heartbreaking to leave but my next stop was in my home. During the extended stay, it is like a home away from home. They stay up on spraying pesticide, checking safety, and cleaning the rooms. n/a

The stay was okay but the bed was old and uncomfortable and there is no pool its been concreted over. Unfortunately they still advertise like there is a working pool.

This place has roaches and only have 1 housekeeper that comes out 1 time a week

There were German and American cockroaches in the room, hall, and laundry room. The water flow from the shower head was inadequate making the shower very unpleasant. The tub didn't drain quickly. The handyman did not fix these problems.

The main reason I picked this one is because of the pool. The pool was closed and they don’t know when or if it will open

Property is in a very safe area. Location is good. Wish rooms were cleaned more than once a week. The floors need cleaning daily. More towels and bedding should be supplied for a week stay.

Nothing, Room out dated, carpet dirty and smell bad and mold in the bathroom, beds very uncomfortable the furniture was old and ripped up

N/a I reserved a room through Expedia , it says Pets were allowed to be told on my arrival that my small dog was not welcomed

I like that one needs a key to enter the building. I like the family feel also.
