Quality Inn Columbus near Fort Benning

Ended up just being a place to sleep for the night.

Pictures online did not match the hotel. Definitely outdated

It was nice for a trip to my sons turning blue! Area was pretty sketchy and my husband got a couple glances of prostitutes but it was fairly quiet and only 10 mins from base! A couple places to eat and get coffee were close but didn’t check the breakfast

Backside is by major road and it sounds like the autobahn all night. Toilet ran all night, sink wouldn't drain and the bathroom door didn't close.

It was great location to Fort Benning. Staff was friendly A bit run down, can use a bit of a spruce up. Elevators can use clean up, softer lights and air conditioning. Breakfast the coffee can be better (hot) after pouring.

Great breakfast, comfy beds. Daily service for towels and trash. Friendly staff.

When getting directions to the facility via phone/maps it kept giving directions to the hotel across the street. This is just so you are aware.

No hot water all throughout the stay, when I called front desk about the issue he was very, very nonchalant about the situation.

The bed was comfortable. The pillows are extremely hard. Hard to use them. The breakfast was very limited.

The cleaning of the room was very poor the water was not hot liuke warm the shower pressure of the water was very low I wouldn't stay there again

Staff understood my complaints. They were very accommodating, especially with late check in This was a very old property. Every dresser handle had rust on it saw mold in corner of ceiling last morning before checkout. The arm rest of the faux leather desk chair was peeling so bad I covered with towels, and booking.com in attempt to help felt like 21.00 in credit would help me feel better. I understand they are the middle man and their hands are tied for the most part, but that's a waste for me because I won't be using them again

The only good thing about the property were the beds. The pool was dirty no type of maintenance given to it. The room was a little upgraded but the bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The water had to run for a while in order for it to become hot. The breakfast was bleh. The site was occupied by construction workers which made me feel unsafe They kept staring and making my 15 year old uncomfortable and myself as well. The staff were nice for the most part. I will not be staying at this place again. I rented it because I was going to see my son at the base. Overall it needs a lot of upgrading and I regretted staying here once I checked in.

The part I didn’t like was the large trucks and machinery that were parked all over the parking lot. It was difficult to maneuver your vehicle while getting in and out of the parking lot.
