Howard Johnson by Wyndham Columbus Fort Benning

El lugar es perfecto si solo vas a dormir. El horario de la piscina es muy tarde 5 pm. El personal de recepción es fatal. El desayuno es uno grab and go. Las puerta de las habitaciones cierran de manera abrupta y se escucha en los demás cuartos. El agua caliente fue lo más que amé!

The front desk clerk that checked us in was great, she let me preview the room to ensure it was suitable for my special needs tot. Parking was right outside the room. The location of the hotel to anything you can need was great, it was 20 minutes from Fort Benning. The issues we had were with other guests that made the stay weird. They were knocking on doors and yelling. A woman duck taped a sign to her door saying don't knock leave me tf alone. I had to go to the front desk twice to complain about the gentlemen next door who was outside on the walkway in his underwear while there where children outside. We had to ask him to move from in front of our door as we would open it and he would be smoking in front of our door although it was a non smoking wing. Another gentleman didn't have kids but stood watching all of our children while they were in the pool. All 3 of the guests that had children all left because he made everyone uncomfortable. Breakfast was simple but did the job. Laundry was easy just don't overload the machines, the counter clerks have quarters you can change your dollars for. Snacks were in the vending machines but you could also walk over to Publix, Burlington, Aldi's, and food was every where.

Pool unavailable 2 of my day no clean towels and when to get some and only got 2 said they were out

I didnt like anything on this hotel, im a frequent flyer and book hotels all the time, this one was the worse of all .I was very disgusted and upset with my stay there ...i would never booked a hotel there

I checked in to the suite with a king bed and the French doors. Room 201. It was disgusting. The carpet was sticky in some places damp in others. Every piece of furniture, curtains, walls and bathroom were dirty in some way. And there was a NASTY dirty napkin on top of the headboard. The phone was also disconnected and the ac wasn’t able to keep the room cool. It’s cheap to stay here but NOT worth it at all. Stay somewhere else. I checked out right away but they wouldn’t refund me the first night.

Location was great! Nicer employees and no bugs.

The property was in a really great location. Stores and food were within walking distance and I felt very safe overall. The bed was comfortable and I was able to take a very nice, hot shower. The lamp shades and the walls in my room were not very clean. There was markings on multiple parts of the wall and on the headboard.

The pool was not working and the rooms felt stuffy

The room was so dirty could not even walk on the carpet floors with out getting your feet black they were cottenswabs on the floor under the counter was not even a remote for the TV could not make coffee in the room no coffeeand the pool you couldn't even use it it was never open at all and was only told it would be open between 5pm to 10 pm wat about during the day like 9am to 9 pm when its hot out and you dont want to go shopping or dont have the money to do it.. it was not a good at all experience. I won't be back if I can help it. The ladies at the desk were very nice and pleasant to be around.

Convenient location The hottest, busiest travel weekend of the year and you close your pool. Just for it to be open the next weekend and the weekend before smh. And the front desk lady was rude about it.
