When I received my luggage I realized my clothes fell from the hangers & got all wrinkled, and while checking out I saw the staff outside with my luggage keeps falling off to ground and them not handling the luggage with care! Which is very unfortunate for a five star hotel. Not only this but when they carried the luggage to the car I had a bouquet of flowers and a box of cake that they put into the trunk carelessly, which should have been put into the front seat! I haven't noticed that until half way up the road and the flowers & cake got all missed up! My overall experience was very disappointing, while I booked to enjoy my birthday it turned to miserable experience.

Everything was just absolutely amazing, on top of that we got a free room upgrade to a seaview villa which honestly made everything 10 times better to celebrate our anniversary which they also added a complimentary cake and balloons for us. A wholesome experience overall that we would never forgot thanks to their staff and the amazing management behind all of this. I would recommend them 100% for any occasion or stay in the UAE, it is worth the trip even without the upgrade. Nothing

What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. The facilities. Hi, Me and my friend are having a great time but there is something we would like to communicate to the team and is that we feel the employees are not clear enough about how to explain certain services. We went to the Spa as it was extremely hot. We sat, have a little bit of water and we wanted to take a look at some treatments. We chooses the mascara and hair treatment but to do that we needed to book a real massage, but the lady did not tell us that until the end of the conversation. We were waiting sitting there having a lovely time, were there were nothing offered like a tea or infusion apart from the lemon water. Then we were invited to leave the facility. We found that not good. Afternoon tea, this lady told us we can have the sandwich’s only, then she never mentioned the hole afternoon tea was free, then someone came saying it wasn’t. There is so much confusion for a 5 star Hotel. Service also at that pool was sooooo slow and the waitress has no idea of what we were asking, we had to wait for the Coca Cola, then the Coca Cola was wrong as I asked normal Coca Cola and my friend Diet Coke. We love the place but service is not what we expected. Also we are still waiting for the afternoon tea and drinks, service is so slow. Best regards, Yanina Maggio

Spacious room Room feels outdated, ac unit is very hot for uae weather, Specially in june. Even at full fan speed and lowest degree.

The hotel is very nice, all facilities are great, the staff, service and overall experience was great. It was strange that there aren’t proper changing rooms and showers for the pool, for those who checkout but spend the rest of the day in the pool. Also, the pool needs major maintenance.
