very clean room, excellent comfy pillows, breakfast was hot and delicious..great location close to everything we needed to reach. Pool was clean and warm temp! Thanks for everything we had a nice relaxing time.

The parking was abundant and close. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable as we stayed 3 nights and had no issues with back pain or discomfort from the large king size bed. The breakfast was good and fully stocked. The lemon water was there on the first day and was delicious but wasn’t available the remainder of our 3 day stay which was disappointing.

Overall my stay was fine. Hotel a little dated but nicely sequestered back away from all the traffic. I could still hear traffic at night but did not bother me too much. Location was positive, close to shopping and food. The room could have used a deep clean. Overall it was fine but the curtains did not look like they had ever been washed and the remote needed to be deeply sanitized. The bed seemed fine and bathroom was well cleaned. Met my needs for a short stay. If you’re looking for something extra nice this isn’t the one.

Pool out of order for one day of our stay. Pillows are poor quality. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

This is well worth the money. The room was clean and cared for. The staff was friendly, helpful, and engaging. Everything worked as it should. Parking was easy peasy. We’ll stay here again.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Parking was good. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was typical. Pool was good. The room itself was very clean, except for the old carpet. My granddaughter’s feet were got very dirty just running around the room.

I stay here at least twice a year. The ice machines on the main floor and third floor weren’t working this trip which was a little inconvenient. The staff are always very friendly and helpful!!!!

The hearing impaired doorbell in our room was a loud buzzer, which i thought was odd. not a big deal.

The parking was what was an issue… there were contractors with the large trucks with the carts taking up several lanes… I was there with my daughter for an event and we had to park in back…

Room was clean, check in was quick and easy, staff was friendly and helpful. The TV in my room didn't work.

The only comment that I have the front desk didn't inform me to call prior 7 am to request for a room service. The service staff refused ti service my room because I didn't call and I had to call the front desk to get new towels.
