The hotel was very clean, my room was just as clean and smelled good! The bed was confortable, staff was very sweet, kind and courteous! My 1st week stay was so great, that I went back the following week while i was in Polaris for my final week of classes! I also enjoyed using the workout equipment, the room was very clean and comfy as well! I can't think of anything i didnt like! The grab and go breakfast is sufficiently stated upon checking in (there's kitchens in the hotel rooms if a person wants to prepare a hot breakfast), the construction on the upper level wasnt a problem, they were very quiet(this is also stated prior to checking in)!

Arriving at the hotel, they advised my husband that they were fully booked and they still charged us for the entire stay. Booking.com tried to get our money back from them without success. Location was ideal for my needs. Front desk employees were kind. Poor first impressions, the grounds were not kept lawn not cut weeds everywhere. Toilet in my room very difficult to flush was not feeling to capacity shower water pressure poor. A little concerning the kitchen wasn’t stacked and you needed to request items. Parking lot not well maintained and poorly lit.

Nobody out near the front desk when I left at 6:30. No idea where the grab and go breakfast was. No idea when my deposit would be returned.

Although I wasn’t in my room much but for sleeping only; I enjoyed my stay!

Nothing There were no dishes in the cupboards. It was dingy, and the grass needed mowed. It just looked run down. We were told there was breakfast. Coffee, tea, and muffins. No eggs, toast, waffles, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, milk, juice. I would have had a larger choice at a filling station.

Although we had a confirmation and contqct from the facility before arrival, they said our reservation was canceled. We did not cancel, nor could they tell us why. Not only that. But said they no longer had rooms with 2 beds like we reserved.

Facility did not match photos and reviews. Terrible smell, needed a deep clean. Trash cans by exit overflowing with cases of beer, loud music in parking lot at all hours.

The bed was quite comfortable. The HVAC was easy to operate and I liked the constant fan option. We were only staying one night, but the room was quite spacious. I would highly recommend this property.

They don't have enough staff. We waited 34 minutes before someone came to check us in. The staff was professional but not enough staff Not enough staff and the elevator was out of order.

Unfriendly staff

It was decent place . Staff was rude and not very personable. And other guest warning to watch out for broken into vehicles

The location is near the interstate and businesses. There is nothing especially unique around it but convenient. Functional but worn out in every aspect and in need of renovation. Broken microwave and vanity drawers, and other things. Also a dark room with poor lighting.
