It was decent place . Staff was rude and not very personable. And other guest warning to watch out for broken into vehicles

If you homeless don’t stay here cause they will treat you very poorly and even kick you out no matter you have money if you don’t pay on time I’m still hurt

Value hotel with kitchen amenities and self service paid laundry. somewhat tired and worn out furnishings but acceptable. Breakfast was minimal with some coffee and oatmeal. But nothing to put the oatmeal in to eat. Didn’t see any utensils or kitchen stuff in room though there was a full fridge and hot top plus microwave. Good walkable dining options nearby.

Not the best. Honestly, it felt like I was staying in an old folks home instead of a hotel. Had to wait minutes at the front desk. The room was damaged and drying my hair set off the fire alarm. Three times. I will not be staying on this property again.

No smoking rooms available

Room was absolutely disgusting, had the worst smell I have ever encountered. Nasty dirty horrible

Outside needed some cleaning up. Staff at front desk were helpful. Room was clean but definitely could use some TLC and updates.

easy acces to food and drink

First off, I want to say the front desk was very friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself lacked some of the features that I'm used to. To start, the process to check-in was lengthy at best. I've stayed at a number of other hotels around the country, which check-in takes less than 2 minutes (at the most). This took around 5 minutes with every step of the process slower than the next. Once I got to the room, I noticed that my door didn't shut all the way, so I had to push it shut to get the deadbolt to lock. The room was somewhat bare, with no kitchen utensils whatsoever and I had to go searching for a garbage can (which I eventually found under the sink). My hallway was also a bit noisy, with people running up and down (of course, that's not the fault of the staff). The clothes hangers only had plastic hangers, nothing with any hooks to hang pants on. In closing, the staff was great and did an awesome job, but I feel like Extended Stay America could do a little more to make the experience better in terms of how the rooms are designed.

We didn’t end up staying because the room was disgusting. The bathroom ceiling was moldy, the room smelled horrible and the floor was sticky.

Good shower, comfortable bed, but the fan in the bathroom didn't work, sink drain wouldn't close, no glasses/plates/silverware in room which is odd for an extended stay facility. The "breakfast" is coffee, tea, muffins and granola bars. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location great. Room small, but had what you needed for a one night stay. Pillows were very flat. They were in the middle of changing the lock system, so that was a little inconvenient (only the main door entrance could be used).

Place nice quite and clean good price has full kitchen

They upgraded our room when the first smelt like smoke. The smoke smell in first bathroom we had.
