Front desk staff was wonderful both night time and morning. You picked the right people for the job.

Walking in, the atmosphere was relaxing. Room was very spacious. Great for a family.

Avoid this place. The staff and manager are extremely rude and dismissive.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our a/c was a little loud but not terrible. Pool and hot tub area were nice with plenty of chairs which was great since it was very busy when we were there. Front desk staff member on check in and through evening was really friendly and helpful. Nice but standard breakfast. Staff was a little slow to refill popular items. Overall it was a very nice stay an I would definitely recommend it.

Check in was great, the woman at the desk was very sweet. The issues were in the room....we had the thermostat set to 68° and I woke up to my infant crying and being very warm...I noticed the room was very hot and I checked the thermostat said the room was 86°. People in the room next to us were fighting and their dogs were barking constantly. I tried to use the phone to call the front desk but it didn't work. So I got dressed and went down to the front desk to report it. They did offer to move us to a different room, which we did because it was so hot, but we had so many things with having a baby in the room that we needed to move at 1am. At checkout, no one followed up with us or asked us how our stay was. Very disappointed...would not choose to stay here again.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The hotel is located in a great place, around alot of nice places to eat and things to do. The room and shower were very nice. The pool towels kept running out. I had to hop to the front desk to get towels for the pool, but the front desk always supplied the towels and filled the cabinet back up. That was the only problem with this hotel.

Was a very pleasant stay. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Definitely appreciated noon check out time!

It was fine for a short stay. Clean. It was outdated and has low end finishes and very cheap shampoo and soaps.

As usual there was extensive water damage and the room smelled like a wet dog

Easy to find, aesthetically pleasing. Pool water was cloudy.

Exceptional

The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious. Room was clean and very spacious. Check in was easy and staff was kind.

The property was perfect for our family of four. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, plenty of towels stocked. Hot breakfast was amazing, fully stocked as well, appreciate that!! Staff were friendly. Facility was extremely clean. We would definitely stay again.
