Cleanliness (4/5): Overall a clean hotel, although our room had a sofa sleeper with used bedding still attached. Breakfast (4/5): Many options, including hot food (eggs, potatoes, meat), fruit, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, pastries, etc. Breakfast meat was not great (ie turkey bacon, etc) but is fine if you are into the healthier options. Amenities (3/5): Hot tub not operational, very small mini fridge, sleeper sofa only sleeps one (twin size) Neighborhood (4/5): Close to Polaris shopping, nice area, easy access to the highway, one guest reported that there were a couple car break-ins (likely an outlier as the area surrounding seemed upscale and safe) Overall (3.5/5): Disappointed in hot tub, small sleeper sofa (with old bedding attached), missing TV. Was given a new room but had to return to desk because key didn't work. Was promised additional rewards points for the inconveniences but received none, even after giving the desk attendant my rewards number.

Great stay!!

Very clean. Spacious room. Staff was extremely helpful and polite because we had to book it the last minute. Breakfast was good.

Great location!

I did not appreciate the elevators sounding like they were struggling to work.

Everything is well kept and breakfast is good

I will definitely look to stay at Fairfield on my next trip. The room was great and the breakfast buffet was very good.

Our room only got serviced once in 4 nights. I would have preferred at least every other day. Also, the elevator floor was very dirty and hadn't been swept in days. It's not the hotel's fault, but 15 cars had their windows smashed the first night. Overall, we appreciated both the location, and the complimentary breakfast.

Breakfast excellent! All was perfect. It would be nice if hotel rooms had 2 chairs!!

The hotel was very dirty. The rooms were very nasty and dirty. STAFF stated that there was no blankets all night so customers was coming down asking about being turned down for them. I was told earlier in the evening that they were washing them and drying them and there would be towels, but no one took care of that the pool there was no towels. The chlorine was very heavy. The bathrooms outside the rooms was filthy trash stacked up everywhere. It was a very horrible day my room wasn’t clean. It was like they just made the bed and that was it.The staff was excellent..

Hotel itself was nice & clean. But the area is not safe if you value your property. We went with our baseball team, and night one we had two people from our team get their car windows busted out, not including how many other people there that it happened too also. Night two it happened AGAIN. One dad got his truck his both nights in a row. The cops and staff said this is “normal” it happens all the time including in the daylight. I don’t reccomend this area for hotels at all, as it happened to the hotels around us too.

Great location.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I stay here every time I am in Westerville and have not had a bad experience yet.

When booking our room i selected 5 adults. It let me book one room for 5 adults and it said 2 queen beds. I thought well there should be a couch with a pull out. Nope! They expected 5 adults to stay in 2 queen beds. The front desk was not helpful at all. Other hotels would have marked it for 2 rooms if it was not able to accommodate 5 adults in 1 room. We had to go buy a twin mattress that hardly fit in the room. It was dangerous because the only place it fit was blocking the bathroom door and the room door. So glad it was only 1 night.

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. However the bed pillows were not comfortable. We had a nice view out of our window. Breakfast was good and coffee was nice and hot.

The whirlpool was out of service.

This was a great stay. Very clean, decent breakfast, and nearby other things.

Hotel was clean and comfortable.
-
The hotel was average. The drain didn’t work. The air conditioning made a terrible noise and the bed was uncomfortable. The lobby was clean and updated.

Had the pull out bed made or stuff in the room
