Lovely hotel with a great pool. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. The neighborhood was nice and very accessible for restaurants and shopping. We will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we're in Columbus.

The bad: the AC unit made enough clanking to weak us up at night. We had to talk to the neighbors about how loud they were past 10pm. Someone pounded on our door and ran. Lastly even though the desk attendant was very nice and knowledgeable, his body oder was so bad passing through the lobby was difficult.

The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. Hotel was very super clean. Breakfast was good. The only downfall was there was no parking when we returned from our event back to the hotel.

Very clean and easy to navigate. Super friendly staff. Not the hotel’s fault but the cars were loud racing all night and there were several break ins to cars in the lot.

Not much There were cars drag racing all night long on the street that our window faced waking us up all through the night. There wasn’t enough hot water for 2 people to take showers. Our floors were dirty. There were no cups in our room. The elevator doors had something dripping down that had dried.
