Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus Airport, OH

the hotel didn’t look like it’s pictures, the hot water stopped working, my room smelled like vomit, they only give one towel at a time (if they had a towel), the breakfast was gross and had flys on the juice machine, and on my last morning they were renovating the rooms all around me at 07:00 AM. Wasn’t a good time.

The carpet in our room and hallway was filthy. The TV in our room was broken and when I went to the front desk to ask if we can switch rooms and 1) the employee was I outside smoking and told me he would be with me when he is done. When he came inside, I asked to switch rooms that had a working tv and he asked me if we “used the room or sat on the bed” because if we did he would have to get it cleaned. It was very disappointing and frankly pretty gross.

Not much It wreaked of weed, no attendant when we came in, the room was dirty and unkempt, the a/c was ridiculously loud….never again will I stay here…

Room was not really clean

Breakfast was not prepared well. All the food was cold and not displayed in an efficent manner. AC did not work adequately.

The next day I found out my power was back on at my home. Upon checking out I was told by the front desk clerk that he couldn't do a refund but I could call back and speak to the manager and the manager could probably do it. When I called back I spoke with a woman and found out that I could not get a refund on the remaining 2 days. The manager or whoever she was was so very rude and not understanding of the situation or the circumstances surrounding my initial reservation. Why should I keep a room when my power was back on at my house? She outtalked me when I was explaining to her my situation. I will never stay at choice hotel ever again.

I will not suggest any one to stay at this hotel unless this is place is all you can afford. I had to change my room three times. And all three rooms were horrible. Stains all over the sheets all three tubs were so black at the bottom. I didn’t have any washcloths and only one towel. The couch had duck tape all over it.

If you’re planning a trip to Columbus, OH, please do not stay here. The termites took over the car, the room had a very bad must & mold smell. The tub wasn’t clean, the bedspread had a cigarette burn on it and the broken ironing board was dropped up on the wall. I have pictures!!!!

The room had bedbugs and there was no supervisor or manager on duty to refund my money so that I could get a room at another hotel

We used to stay here or next door at the staybridge for cheer competitions. It has went way down hill. My pillows smelled like dirty feet. Mold all over the ceiling everywhere even bathroom. Hallways smelled of weed. Very strong. AC worked but that was about all that was good. Door lock at top was broken. If it hadn’t been so late for our arrival I would have definitely found another place whether I got a refund or not. Definitely do not recommend

It needs a upgrade it was living in a motel
