Very clean place would stay there again

Came into town for a wedding and the hotel shuttle and early check in made the trip easier!

I purchased a new Apple phone charger and housekeeping took it out of my room.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast offerings were good. Parking was convenient, though getting into the parkinglot is convoluted. Ceiling/floors are not well sound proofed; we could hear people walking in the room above us. Some patrons were smoking marijuana in other rooms & halls, so sometimes it stank a bit. thankfully that only happened twice during our week-long stay.

I booked two separate rooms and both rooms were unclean and unsanitary. There were stains on the bed sheets and comforters, hair in the bathtub as well as hair on unused washcloths. There were stains other room I booked had bodily fluid on the curtain, dirt and hair in the bathtub in addition to dirt on a room divider that separated the bed from the couch. Staff has been minimally helpful and they periodically are at the front desk to resolve any problems in person and over the phone. Parking is limited and multiple cars were parked over the lines, so if you plan on coming at night or have a family, be prepared to search for a sufficient parking space.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of my room was disappointing. I booked a hearing-accessible room, and I'm not sure whether that contributed to the issue, but the room did not meet the standards I expected. The sofa was noticeably worn and had multiple white hairs or fibers on it. There were small insect remains on the bathroom counter, and the tissue box appeared to be stuck to the countertop. The tissues themselves were also quite rough. The walk-in shower area did not look clean enough for me to feel comfortable using it, so I chose not to shower during my stay. My flight was canceled, so I booked this hotel at the last minute and was relying on a comfortable, clean room for the night. I understand this is a 3-star hotel, and I was not expecting luxury. However, I did expect a clean and well-maintained room. Based on the Expedia rating of over 8.0 and the nightly rate of nearly $260, my expectations were reasonable. I have stayed at many comparable 3-star hotels, and I have never encountered this level of cleanliness issues. While the staff and other aspects of the hotel were great, the condition of the room did not reflect either the price or the ratings. Overall, I felt the room offered poor value for the cost, and hope it gets better.
