My only issue was the electrical outlet in the room. Everything was plugged in to one outlet that was scotch tape to the wall so it would not come unplugged. I told the staff, however, they do not care.

This location has unfortunately completely gone into the deep end. The new owners are not taking care of this place at all, instead they are actively doing what they are calling renovations however what they are actually doing is laying fresh paint on the walls to cover up an EXTREME amount of black mold, the mold is located under the carpets as well, the pipes are so clogged that they almost burst on us in the room we had which was the jucuzzi suite, we were moved to 4 rooms and still were unable to stay due to these conditions. The staff was very rude with us upon arrival for no aparet reason, although we were booked I was told we were unable to wait in the lobby we were told to wait in our vehicle until check in , keep in mind I was not waiting in their lobby at any point I was simply waiting while they were assisting another customer ( with the same rudeness), they threatened to tow our vehicle which is illegal considering we had a reservation booked. This location is terrible I wish I could give it a negative 5 starts. The hotels owners are who is running the business currently and they refuse service when they feel like it with no legit reasonings they then refuse a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE you will be at severe risk of becoming ill and move rooms multiple times due to the amount of rooms that should be considered out of order.

Covering up BLACK MOLD with a fresh coat of paint, very rude to customers and DOES NOT accommodate any issues and does not care to make any issues right for the customer.

Everything under remodel had to change rooms 4 times for a 2 night stay one bc AC didn't work other time TV don't work then had water leak other time

I completely understand the hotel is being renovated. I am sure the hotel doesn't own a vacuum. Everywhere I walked was dirty. The staff gave me a dirty room, and I had to prove it was dirty. There were no towels in the room, A red foreign substance on the pillow. There was old urine in the toilet. The carpet was fifthly; they gave me a different room which was slightly cleaner. which was not satisfying. I had paid for the room online and couldn't cancel last minute and find a room similar to price. I went to Dollar Tree to get cleaning supplies to make the room manageable. The hotel had an old stale smell throughout. There sings posted No Smoking, yet people were smoking marijuana in their room. The only amenity that was available compared to what was posted was Wi-Fi and coffee in the lobby. Every picture was deceitful. I definitely will not be back.

Everything filthy

Nothing ALL, unfortunately. Everything.. bathroom filthy, holes in wall,microwave looked like a dungeon, carpet wet and room smelled like PURE MILDEW! blankets, filthy with paint and culk! Toilet stained ( cleanable) we cleaned the entire room. Had to go all the way home to get our blankets. The staff said they had no wash clothes or towels.. none available so we also got those from home ! Had to go home to get bleach to clean up the entire room. Remote to tv didnt work! It was stuck ( buttons).

The property was in serious disrepair. The room was so disgusting, that I left immediately and asked for a refund.

LONG but WORTH READING. I didn’t like my stay at ALL. I have been packing for 2 days and the day we moved out, I found this place last minute. The pictures shows an up-kept building BUT THAT IS NOT the case when you arrive. He charged me $100 for a deposit and said I’ll get it back when I check out. The first room he gave me was room 200. It REEKED of cigarette smoke so I asked for a different room. The second room was 226. I settled for it because I was exhausted from moving for 2 days and just wanted some rest. When I walked in the room I noticed a crack by the door (okay no problem), checked out the bathroom and the shower curtain should’ve been changed MONTHS ago, the soap tray had an old soap bar which indicated the tub hadn’t been cleaned (okay no problem, I’ll bird bath), there was a hanger left on the wall, a dead roach in the lamp plastic, the bedspread was stained (so my son slept in the other bed w/ me), one pillow case was stained (tossed it on the floor), room smelled but not as bad as the first, there were crumbs on the stand the tv was on, someone’s wedding ring was left behind and there was a black square tray leaning up against the wall that I assumed they forgot about until I moved it the next morning (today) and seen a HUGE HOLE IN THE WALL. PLEASEEEEEE AVIOD THIS PLACE. EVEN IF FOR ONE NIGHT.

The advertisements were completely the opposite when you arrive to this place. They are under renovation. But whoever they hired to install the appliances didn’t do well.

Staff was very rude, I was given a room with No, TV, No iron and a very dirty old chair. When I complained, the gentleman I met at the front told me "House keepers are doing their best" and that was it. He promised to send someone to came put a TV in the room but it never happened. Truly disappointed.

First of all the “free breakfast” is only coffee. The place was filled with crack heads and it smelled like weed. The vending machine for the water didn’t work and my tv’s remote didn’t work. I mean come on man.
