Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel

Love place just not the best parking

Old decoration but very good quality. Excellent full breakfast. Very friendly staff and clean room.

Everything was pretty nice. The area around this hotel was upscale, lots of great shopping and dining options. And the breakfast buffet was extensive...anything and everything you could want! We found that there was road noise all night. That was the downside.

Wish the pool and game room were open later than 9 PM

Nothing at All!!! My daughter flew in from North Carolina for her 21st birthday she didn’t know be a surprise, but we had a special cake made for her that wasn’t allowed to be in the refrigerator due to the policy which is ridiculous!! Then I was told we are not allowed to have any balloons inside the hotel room SMH They will have to go out to the car….we had a three day stay the cake went bad the balloons deflated very disappointed I will never be coming back ever again!!!!!! Thanks a lot for ruining my daughter’s birthday…..

I loved this hotel…the only thing I disliked was that you could heard conversations in the next room as if they were sitting in front of you. VERY thin walls. The hot breakfast was wonderful with many options and they had a spacious and clean breakfast room. Bedding was also very comfortable.

Clean and very friendly..amazing breakfast buffet Our room wasnt to cool. Air kicked on loud thru out the night and wasnt to cool and the outside light lite up the room. Other then that it was great.

Always a great stay. My go-to in the area. Beds comfy, excellent coffee machine in lobby. Big water bottle for purchase. Meg is a dear and always kind and helpful. Can arrange bereavement group sales, very reasonable rate. The bar and restaurant are very convenient. Love the very special napoli pizza right around the corner. The gym is well appointed. The breakfast even has eggs and omelets to order! Not much not to like!
