Also, there is no body lotion in the bathroom. A simple amenity that helps travelers. Not planning to stay in this hotel anytime

Great staff. The breakfast is hot and delicious. Coffee, tea, and hot Coco are always available. The hot tub is still under construction. Fresh and clean rooms. Towels available at the pool. Calm and quiet stay.

Overall our short stay was nice. A few complaints were that food was left in the room refrigerator from a previous guest and there was no soap in the bathroom. My niece used the pool in the morning and said there was hair in it. Staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of parking, and breakfast was a typical continental breakfast at any Hilton brand hotel. It was very convenient to be within walking distance of Texas Roadhouse and the hotel discount was a pleasant surprise.

Everything was exceptional, spotless and well-maintained. I would have rated it even higher if the bed had been more comfortable, as the extra firmness wasn't suitable for my back issues.

Nothing The room was dirty when I got there and the shower door was broken and the manager Krystal was unapologetic about my situation and was pretty much ignorant with an attitude!

The location is good. Breakfast went fast because there was a sold out weekend... sold out of food fast, they wouldn't restock. Plus the front desk staff was overly busy, short staffed and irritated. Took it out on us guests.

The hotel's advertised check-in time was 3:00 PM. However, when I arrived at approximately 5:00 PM, I was informed that no rooms were available because housekeeping was running behind schedule. I was asked to wait, and I was not able to access my room until after 5:20 PM. This caused an unnecessary delay and inconvenience. After entering the room, I initially noticed one or two ants. The following morning, I discovered a severe ant infestation. A large number of ants were swarming in my unfinished coffee and around a small coffee spill on the table. This clearly indicated an ongoing pest problem and made the room unsanitary and unacceptable for guests. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk. Hotel staff inspected the situation, viewed the photographs I had taken, and acknowledged the ant problem. They advised me to contact Hotels.com directly to request a refund. I have photographic evidence of the infestation and can provide the photos upon request. Given both the substantial check-in delay and the unsanitary condition of the room due to the ant infestation, I believe a full refund is justified. I respectfully request that Hotels.com review this matter and issue a full refund for my stay.
