The pool was full of hair and chemicals were so bad my son got a rash. Found some trash under the bed area and hair in shower

The hotel & the rooms were stylishly decorated. The breakfast food was delicious. The gym was well equipped. The room was clean well thought out We didn't like that the bathroom light was on a timer. The room would get dark when taking a shower. You had to open the curtain & wave your arm for the light to go back on. Then when you needed to use the toilet in the middle of the night, the bright light went on. Which is awful. I was also disappointed that the hot tub wasn't available to use.

The room was clean and spacious. Perfect for one night.

Clean and newly renovated Nothing

The Staff at the check-in desk were great. Very welcoming when checking in and when passing by in and out during our stay.

The hotel was very attractive, clean and well maintained.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was well stocked except for the busy Sunday morning rush but ultimately the hot food was refilled. Exercise equipment was in working order. The sanitizing wipes for the exercise equipment was empty the whole week I stayed there. Also, the water cup dispenser in the exercise room had fallen off the side of the tank and there were no cups for several days. My only complaint about my stay is the bathroom light is on a motion sensor and would come on at night when I used the bathroom and I found no way to stop that from happening. Also, the bathroom light would automatically turn off after 5-6 minutes even when I was in the shower and I had to wave my hand outside the shower curtain to turn the light back on.
