Brinton Suites

Loved the balcony to sit on. The room was very clean, only issue was soap trays in bathroom falling off the wall. I loved the coffee maker in the room! Breakfast was not so good, tons of sweet breads and cold cereals. Wanted something healthier, did find yogurt and hard boiled eggs though.

There was a glitch in check in where I was supposed to get my room code to access both the front door and my room, since there is no one on site. But I never received it before I arrived at check in time. I was able to call and reach someone, but I wonder if someone is always answering the phone and that I might have been stranded outside at a different moment.

Hotel and room entry were keyless and remote - we got a code in our email. Not sure I saw any staff member in person while I was there. Everything worked smoothly and quickly for us, and the room was nicer than what I was expecting for what we paid.

Easy to check in & out, & a clean room

The electronic locks worked flawlessly. We had a great room that lead out to a small deck facing the field. The small kitchenette was a great asset.

Be prepared. There is no staff whatsoever on site. I can admit it’s probably my fault for not researching well enough, but on the way to the property we received information on the codes and all we need to get in. Did not like not having a representative there to help us and the rooms were just okay. It was maintained alright and if you are okay with the style of hotel you might want to book here but just know what you are getting with this hotel! Price was good and the location was convenient to a lot of stuff around the hotel.

I’d recommend and most certainly will stay there again.

I don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want anyone to know how fantastic this place is. It’s quiet, clean, off the beaten path and affordable. I will continue to stay here when in town. So much so I’ll adjust my travel days to match the hotels availability.

Stay was good enough for what was needed. Great to have small kitchen and full size frig. Bathroom counter was too small and not enough towels were left for 2 guests. Stairs to the 2nd floor were steep. Entry with WiFi entry or codes was a bit confusing and if it wasn’t for onsite staff it would have been difficult to get help in a timely manner. Communications the day before the stay weren’t sent as promised and when calling for help the rep I talked with didn’t know how to resolve.

Filthy Bathroom: There was urine left unflushed in the toilet, along with dirty yellow residue leaking down the bathroom door. It was completely unhygienic. Unsanitary Room & Kitchenette: The top of the fridge was caked in grime and dust, there were leftover dirty cups left lying around on the counters, and the bed was made so sloppily it looked like someone had already slept in it. When we brought these disgusting conditions to the staff's attention, their response was completely dismissive. They told us they couldn't help us or fix the issues, and that our only choice was to leave and get a refund.leaving us completely stranded without any other option. To make matters worse, staff claimed the manager would be in the next day to address the situation. We called back the following day, only to be repeatedly brushed off and told the manager wasn't available. Extremely unprofessional, unsanitary, and unacceptable service.
