Hampton Inn & Suites Conway

Room was clean and AC was cooling but hallways were hot and humid. Breakfast was from 6-10am but not juice machine was gross and toaster didn't toast, only warm up, even on the highest setting, they really need to upgrade and replace it. Pool was open but water was very cloudy and not a heated space. Laundry and gym room was clean and all equipment was operational

Excellent hotel that my wife and I stay in a couple times ever year as we travel. I didn't give it an excellent on maintenance because the refrigerator in our room was not working.

It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly Parking was horrible. There were no spots available when we got back in the evening. During the day or morning kids were running up and down the hallway and sounded like they were coming in the room

The nicest staff ever. When we walked in the GM was hosting a bbq lunch for the workers who stopped everything to welcome us and make sure we had everything we needed at all times. One of the receptionists even walked us around to help us see where all the amenities were. They were kind to our girls and made connections with them from the start. Highly recommend.

The only reason it was a four and not a five was I couldn't get the TV to work, and no one offered to come up and fix it. Otherwise, all clean, all good.

We love to stay at the Hampton when in Conway. The hotel is very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Easy access to restaurants, downtown and interstate.

The breakfast was fine, but the food wasn't hot and both of the large dark roast coffee containers were empty. It took about 15 minutes for someone to refill them. The hallways were hot. The property was very clean and the staff, for the most part was great.
